LEARN ABOUT OUR CUT & SEW PROGRAM The goal of our custom cut & sew program is to collaborate with you to design and/or create garments from the ground up that are truly representative of your brand. 1. WHAT IS YOUR VISION? We start by narrowing down what type of garments you d like to create (E.g. a custom flannel, short sleeve button down shirt, down vest, premium hat, custom 2. PICK YOUR MATERIALS We source physical swatches from the largest fabric markets in the world and work directly with you to determine which fit your core branding elements, utilizing colors, patterns (E.g. plaid, checkered, solids with accents, all over-prints) and of the overall style(s) you like best! We ll then select the best quality composition (E.g. premium cotton, polyester blends, wool, chambray) that your selected style of fabric is available in. 3. CUSTOMIZE IT The next step is deciding how you d like to customize your garment. For example what type of labeling you d like to use inside and out, and unique accents you d like to apply such as etched buttons with your brand name! At this point our stellar and diverse design team will create complimentary mock-ups of your dream garment with all the details outlined. They re formatted in a realistic mock-up so you and your team may see exactly how your project will look before it comes to fruition.
CUSTOM FLANNELS MINIMUMS - 144 pieces TURN AROUND - 9-12 weeks PRICE RANGE AT MOQ - $27-29.75 This is a completely custom piece labeled inside and out for your brand. Our design consultants will work directly with you to determine optimal flannel colors, patterns, accent colors, label designs, and label locations. From there our design team will select various fabrics that meet your quality standards. We ll then send you a realistic mock-up of what your flannel will look like with all the details outlined. Once we receive your feedback we ll make any appropriate adjustments based on your preferences.
CUSTOM HEADWEAR MINIMUMS - 72 pieces (48 pieces for first time orders) TURN AROUND - 7-8 weeks PRICE RANGE AT MOQ - $11.50-12.50 This is a completely custom piece labeled inside and out for your brand. Our design consultants will help you select your preferred style, the fabric, the inside and out labeling andcolorways OR just give us a general ideaof what you'd like to see and our design wizards will whip up some awesome concepts for you! We ll send you an initial portfolio of designs and from there anything can be adjusted based on your preferences!
CUSTOM BEANIES MINIMUMS - 100 pieces per style/color TURN AROUND - 5-6 weeks PRICE RANGE AT MOQ - $9-12.00 This is a completely custom piece labeled inside and out for your brand. Our design consultants will help you choose from fashionable styles such as pom, cuff, slouch, speckled and more that are available in various compositions. Give us your inspiration and allow our designers to create unique and custom concepts based on your preferences.
CUSTOM PATCHES MINIMUMS - 250 pieces per style/color TURN AROUND - 4-6 weeks PRICE RANGE AT MOQ - $.98-1.75/patch Our custom patches are an ideal and affordable method of customizing wholesale hats and various other garments! Our design consultants will help you choose from two different general styles: 1. Woven patch with merrowed edge This flat woven patch has a raised and stitched border giving it the classic patch appearance. They may be designed in a multitude of shapes with incredible detail and amount of color. 2. Full Embroidered Patch This more robust patch has the ever-popular vintage appearance and heavier stitching, however is less detailed.

We pride ourselves on quick turn around times, low minimums, high quality and our diverse availability of essentially endless wholesale garments. USE YOUR OWN DESIGN If you have a logo or design ready to roll, send us over the vector files and we will get your artwork mocked up and prepared for your production approval. LET US DESIGN FOR YOU We have an experienced and talented design team that knows the ins and outs of the apparel industry. Tell us or vision and we can make it come to life. SCREEN PRINTING MINIMUMS - 24 pieces TURN AROUND - 8-10 business days PRICE RANGE- Dependent on project We want you to have apparel that is representative of your brand through quality of design and the garment. We ll advise you on the best options available pertaining to your project based on style, fit, color and overall quality. For blank women sand men s shirts, our preferred wholesalersare Next Level or Optima Cotton (Great price points, fashionable styles, awesome quality and consistency). Our preferred sweatshirt supplier is Independent Trading Co (Great price points, fashionable styles, awesome quality and consistency as well)! DOMESTIC HATS MINIMUMS - 24 pieces TURN AROUND - 3-5 business days PRICE RANGE AT MOQ - $6-9.50 Our wholesale hats are the perfect platform for adhering your custom patches, screen printing or embroidery! Our two preferred vendors are Flex Fit and Richardson, who both have essentially endless styles and color options of fashionable blank hats. We allow you to split your order of blank hats however you d like in order to offer a diverse variety to your consumers and staff alike. Adhering our custom patches to wholesale hats has been the most successful avenue of branded apparel our clients have enjoyed to date.
