What to Expect
WE Local is Green! What does this mean? In order to keep registration prices low and offer more value, WE Local conferences are turning to alternative green options Efforts Include: "Tote Your Own Tote and BYOWB (Bring Your Own Water Bottle) initiative Reusable badge please return your We Local badge to the registration or basket at the meal room and career fair entrance Online agenda and mobile app, for more information visit the Download slide 5

Wi-Fi Wi-Fi will not be available at the conference Wi-Fi may be purchased through the Sheraton Grand Phoenix at the expense of the attendee 7
Admission Access WE Local Phoenix offer a variety of registration options. Please make note as to what is available with your registration: Premier Registration This registration does not include the Saturday night awards dinner. This is a separate ticket item. A WE Local Premier Registration includes admission to the two-day career fair, two Keynote presentations, 30+ breakout sessions, two plenary panels and meals (Friday: breakfast, lunch and appetizers; Saturday: breakfast and lunch). Career Fair Only Career Fair Only attendees only have access to the Career Fair. There are no meals, food or drinks, breakout sessions, keynote speakers or plenary panels available with this registration. Speaker Only Speakers who are only able to attend their session have Speaker Only admission. This does not allow entry for meals, breakout sessions, keynotes or the like. 8

Attire Recommendation, General Sessions Smart Casual Business Attire Women: jacket or dressy sweater, dress pants or skirt, blouse, shirt, top or turtleneck, tights (if needed), dress shoes, and accessories, as necessary Men: sports jacket with/without tie, dress pants, button down, traditional business shirt, dress shoes, as described in business attire *Attire recommendations are a suggestion and not required for attendance. 11
Attire Recommendation, WE Local Celebration Dressy Casual Women: nice pants/denim or skirts and dressy blouse/top, sweaters, vests, dress and nice shoes Men: khakis, dress pants, or Docket-type pants, dress shirts or golftype shirts with collars, sweaters, optional informal jacket and tie, and nice shoes *Attire recommendations are a suggestion and not required for attendance. 12
Attire Recommendation, WE Achieve Awards Ceremony Festive Attire Women: cocktail dress, long dressy skirt and top, dressy pants outfits and/or separates or black dress and cardigan and/or dressy jacket Men: optional seasonal sport coat or blazer, slacks, dress pants, sweater, vest, button down collar shirt, dress shirt or open-collar shirt and tie Festive Attire Colors? Mother s/ Prayers Room WE Local has secured a room for attendees to have a quiet, private space for nursing and/or time for contemplation or prayer. Accessibility The room is only accessible by key which may be picked up/returned at the registration desk Location Hospitality 3-Room 432, Level 4 Hours Available throughout WE Local conference *Please note, daycare will not be available at WE Local Phoenix. 18
Room Capacity When WE Local Phoenix session rooms meet capacity, attendees will be required to attend another session. Please, be prepared in case this happens.
