In recent years, the UV fl exo technology has become extremely popular on the demanding packaging market. It was possible not only because pre - press costs are much lower than in rotogravure ing, but mostly because nowadays, the quality of in this technology does not differ from gravure ing. Of importance is the fact that the UV fl exo technology permits extremely fast changes in the design, which is useful during all types of promotional activities and changes introduced immediately before the product is launched. Production costs of small and medium runs also are much lower as compared to the rotogravure technology. The ing process is subject to rigorous quality control in order to rule out potential defects so that the customer receives a perfect product. Aluminium lids Aluminium lids are used for closing cups containing all types of products requiring high barrier properties and good protection from external factors. Our range includes lids in more than 40 shapes. We are also able to adjust the lid size to the customer s needs. Depending on the requirements, we use soft or half hard alloys. Coex lids (extruded) lids Aluminium lids with a thick layer of extruded polypropylene lacquer are used for closing cups containing products which, due to their life cycle, must be pasteurised or sterilized. Cover foils Cover foils are meant for covering so-called multipacks and coffee creams. They are supplied in reels cut to an appropriate size. Mixpap is a packaging used for covering PS cups in one manufacturing process along with fi lling with a fi nished product. It is used mainly for packing yoghurts and cream cheeses. Alupet has better barrier properties than Mixpap and may be used as an application for extended shelflife products, e.g. desserts and puddings. IML labels Doypack (stand up pouch) IML labels - in mould labelling is one of the latest technologies on the plastic packaging market. The label (made of the same material as the packaging) is joined with the packaging during the manufacturing process and serves as the integral part of the fi nal product. IML labels are used in such industries as the food, chemical, cosmetics, automotive or building industry. Doypack is a soft packaging for food or chemical products used in households. These types of packaging solutions are getting more and more popular as they are lighter and cheaper than traditional or plastic packaging, they also are very safe and handy in transport and distribution. Packaging for spices and powder products Lacquered wrappers: Laminated wrappers: Packaging for all types of powder products and spices sold in pouches. For standard spices and powder products (gelatine desserts, puddings) we provide packaging made of designed especially for that purpose (PAP/), in case of spices that require better protection due to their properties (e.g. pepper, chilli) we suggest an -coated (PAP/AL/).
