Spa Information Reservations We recommend reserving your Spa and Salon services at least one week prior to your visit for the wider selection of treatments and appointment times. All spa and salon appointments must be held with a credit card. Please contact the spa to make reservations. 409-515-2100. Spa Etiquette The spa is an adult environment of relaxation and tranquility. For the relaxation, enjoyment and privacy of our guests, please speak quietly during your journey at the spa. Cell phones, laptops, tobacco, personal vaporizers and electronic cigarettes are not permitted. Spa Arrival We recommend you arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your treatment. This allows us to welcome you and introduce you to our facilities. It also allows you to enjoy our steam room and our relaxation room. Please understand late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments in order to prevent inconvenience to the next guest, and the same treatment price will apply. Health Concerns Please notify the Spa Reservations Coordinator and your service provider of any physical ailments, disabilities, pregnancies, or injuries you may have. Age Requirements Guests must be 16 years old to enter the spa and receive spa treatments. Younger children ages 13 years and older may receive massages or facials but must have a parent or guardian present in the treatment room. Children ages 10 and older may use the hair and nail salon but must have a parent or guardian present. Cancellation Policy/No Shows Your appointment has been especially reserved for you, as a courtesy to other guests and our service providers, a 24 hour notice is required to avoid being charged 100% of treatment cost. Spa and Salon Service Charge For your convenience, an 18% service charge is added to your treatments.
