Dress Code: Ramblewood Middle School From BCPS Code Book for Student Conduct: Appropriate dress and grooming can help to create a positive learning environment. Other attire may be allowed for special school activities with approval of the school administration. Possible consequences for violating the dress code are found in the Discipline Matrix. Changes in clothing trends will not override the dress code policy. At RMS, we understand that one way students express their individuality is through dress. While we respect a student s right to self-expression, our commitment is to provide a focused, quality learning environment to all students. To maintain this focus we ask students to adhere to this dress code and families to support us in this endeavor. This presentation highlights dress code do s and don ts that will help you when preparing for school. Dress for Success Cory Ann Smith, Principal
