Guidelines: Dresses must be touching the knee when standing straight and no shorter than approximately 0.5 cm off the floor when kneeling. Dresses may be worn longer if desired but not shorter. Ensure that a blind hem is used when hemming dresses. Please ensure that a generous hem allowance is maintained for future years. All raw edges need to be over locked.
