Meeting called to order at 1:01 p.m. by Mr. Koenig (SK, RM CED, MC, MS) A motion was made to approve by Mr. Cheslik and seconded by Mr. Stanton to adopt the minutes with modifications from the July 28, 2016 meeting. Motion carried unanimously. A motion was made to approve by Ms. Evans-Dean and seconded by Mr. Cheslik to adopt the resolutions from the July 28, 2016 meeting. Motion carried unanimously. IV. Public Hearings 1) V-16-17 Area Variance Maximum Driveway Width and Required Front Yard 134 Circle Road To Expand (maintain) a Driveway Michael and Karen Nash (owner/applicant) To Expand (maintain) a driveway wider than 12 feet by waiving the required front yard and maximum driveway width. The property owner again did not appear at the public hearing. A motion was made by Ms. Evans-Dean and seconded by Mr. Stanton to hold the public hearing open. The motion carried unanimously. 2) V-16-19 Use Variance Uses Permitted and Required Parking 511 Highland Street To Establish (maintain) a Four-Family Dwelling Brian Nguyen (owner/applicant) Residential, Class A To establish (maintain) a four-family dwelling by waiving the uses permitted and required parking.

The motion carried unanimously. 4) V-16-21 Area Variance Structural Coverage, Required Parking, FAR, and Required Yards Construction of a 126 Unit Apartment Building with a Restaurant 1200-1224 East Genesee Street Office, Class B & Residential, Class B To construct a 126 unit apartment building with a restaurant by waiving the maximum structural coverage, required parking, density, FAR, and required yards.
