An exceptional charity auction and dinner to cure children with genetic diseases for Imagine February 12th, 2018
In 2015, Kamel Mennour initiates HEROES, an annual charity auction that benefits the Imagine Institute. It has been held in the renowned Necker children Hospital in Paris, in collaboration with Christie s. The two first editions gathered more than 50 major contemporary artists and celebrities joining forces to raise funds for the research and treatment of genetic diseases. For the third edition, on February 12th, 2018, the founders of the event welcome a fourth partner: Galerie kreo. HEROES FOR IMAGINE - #2

IMAGINE INSTITUTE FOR GENETIC DISEASES One of the leading European centers for research, care and teaching in genetic diseases, the Imagine Institute s aim is to understand and cure. 900 of the best physicians, scientists and healthcare professionals are housed in Imagine s innovative building designed to generate synergy. This unprecedented continuum of expertise available in close proximity to patients allows Imagine to make discoveries for patients. The 9,000 genetic diseases inventoried affect 35 million patients in Europe and 3 million in France, where 30,000 new cases are recorded every year. Close to 60% of children are undiagnosed following consultation for a genetic condition. Curative treatments have yet to be discovered for 90% of genetic diseases.
