YOUR SPA EXPERIENCE The Spa is located on the east side of the resort and opens from 9am to 9pm daily. Aside from the Yoga and Baths, no other treatments are delivered in the villas. All prices are including all government tax. Scheduling and recommendation: Please book your treatment in advance to secure your preferred time, this can be done through your butler or the operator. Any change in timing of a scheduled treatment requires two hours of notice, this message can be conveyed through your butler or operator. Please check in the spa minimum 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Cancellation Policy: 2 hours notice must be given to cancel or amend any reserved treatment. Packages require 24 hours prior booking. Should you not show up for a scheduled appointment, the full treatment fee shall be levied. Always best to inform the spa if you have any health concerns before booking any treatments or activity. Pregnant guests have to check with the spa before booking any treatment or activity. While we will always try to accommodate your treatments, late arrival may mean a reduction in your treatment time. Kindly refrain from bringing mobile phones to the spa to respect all guests holiday space. Children under 16 years old are not allowed at the spa. For your comfort we can provide with disposable underwear, please let your spa therapist know what you prefer. Gentleman should shave a few hours before any facial treatment to increase comfort and get the full benefit. Always inform our therapists if you are uncomfortable or require anything during your treatment (pressure / room temperature / volume). Please refrain from drinking any alcoholic beverages at least 3 hours before your treatment. We highly recommend you leave your valuables in your room as we do not take liability for any valuables. The therapist reserves the right to terminate the treatment if he/she feels the client's behavior is undesirable.

FOR YOUR BATH EXPERIENCE Most enjoyable at sunset. Although should you wish to have one during the day or night we will be more than happy to offer you the experience. SCHEDULING: For all Bath preparations kindly book 24hrs in advance with your butler. Any change or cancellation to a scheduled booking requires a minimum of four hours advance notice.
