Facials Enjoy a relaxing Facial aimed at targeting specific skin types and personal concerns. Using a variety of products we can cleanse, smooth, balance, and brighten your skins appearance while healing and toning techniques can be used to make your skin look and feel clearer, firmer, fresher and lovelier. A detailed consultation begins with an in depth skin analysis using the senses to identify skin conditions and types. Luxury facials also include a facial massage which extends to the head, neck and shoulders. Spa terms and other information CANCELLATION POLICY As a courtesy to other Spa guests and our therapists, please advise cancellation 24 hours prior to booked treatment time to avoid a 100% charge. A credit card number, advanced payment, or gift certificate number is required at the time of the booking. For spa days or bookings for 2 guests or more, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice. Spa Days, groups and bridal parties will require a non-refundable 50% deposit at time of booking. We do not provide refunds for cancelled or missed appointments. Cancellations must be advised in writing. SPA ETIQUETTE Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all spa guests right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the spa is a mobile phone, Blackberry, pager, camera and smoke free zone. HEALTH CONDITIONS Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your spa reservation. Some treatments are restricted for pregnant woman, please discuss prior to booking treatment. CHILDREN S POLICY We are delighted to offer treatments for children under 16 years old however they must be accompanied by an adult for the whole duration. Accompanying adult to complete a consent form. Please contact the reservations team for details on treatments available for our young guests. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult when using the changing facilities, swimming pool, heat experiences. The gym is restricted to over 18 s. VALUABLES Barony Castle LLP accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables and jewellery at any time on the spa premises. LOST PROPERTY All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at hotel reception. Items will be stored for three months, if they are not collected within this time they will be donated to local charities. Liquids, under garments and hair brushes are kept for 24 hours only. PRICES All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change at any time. Gratuities are not included and are welcomed at your discretion.
