Nursery Stock Divisions: our guarantee and your responsibility What to expect: We ship a standard minimum of 3-5 eye peony root for all our peony varieties. We will no longer ship before September 15: in order to accurately divide peonies, the need time in colder temperatures for eyes to develop. Plan your planting accordingly. Peony are all different and some plants may naturally have finer (smaller) or eyes than others, and some are more inclined to be larger than average. This is a difference in variety and does not reflect on the performance of the plants. We will never substitute varieties. If we are unable to supply a first quality root due to natural circumstances beyond our control, we will adjust your invoice accordingly. Orders and Cancellation Policy: For individuals or small quantity (less than 100 ), we will secure your credit card number at the time of order, but it will not be charged until your ship. Peony shipping season is September 15-October 15. Last date to order peonies for 2015 regular shipping is August 21st. Peony orders cancelled before August 21st incur a 10% processing fee. Peony orders cancelled after August 21st are charged a 15% processing fee. And peony orders cancelled after September 15th are charged a 50% restocking fee. Shipping: We use FedEx Ground or 3 day, and sometimes USPS Priority. We will try to find the cheapest shipping rate for you. As a general rule, shipping averages from $1 to $2 per root, but will all depend on how far your order needs to travel. There is a $7 per box handling fee. We provide estimates on shipping cost when you order, but this is in no way a fixed cost, it is always an estimate until we can pack and weigh your box(es). Root weights do vary, so we base our shipping calculator when you order on average weights and root count, and the distance your order needs to travel. 4
Alaska Orders Please Take Note: There is an additional $10.00 shipping/handling charge per order. Priority to Alaska may take 5-7 days to arrive. Your responsibility and ours: Our Guarantee: The we deliver to you are healthy and true to name, with 3-5 eyes unless noted otherwise. If you are not happy with what you receive return them within 48 hours of receiving them with the labels attached in the original package and we will refund your payment, less the cost of return shipping. Please report if damaged during shipment, and we will work with the shipping company to obtain compensation. After 48 hrs of receiving your order, you are accepting responsibility for the plants growth and well being. Once you receive and plant the you accept responsibility for their growing and care. We can not be held responsible for losses due to improper soil preparation, incorrect planting location, fertilizing, improperly adjusted sprinkler systems, handling or storage, extremes of weather or a delay in planting on your part. We cannot guarantee your success since that depends on factors beyond our control. All claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving goods, and you must provide photographs of the problem you are reporting. Claims made after 48 hours of receipt of product will be considered accepted as is. Claims may only be deducted from account balance due if approved in advance by Third Branch Flower, LLC.
