What is SuperSat? Blendco's patented SuperSat Custom Detergent System is an ingenious two-component detergent process that delivers powerful cleaning performance. The SuperSat unit automatically mixes our specially formulated detergents on-site using your water. The SuperSat system allows detergents to be tailored specifically to suit the needs of your wash. SuperSat is a detergent process like no other, because it can deliver 100% active ingredients without the need for fillers, binders, or water to keep often incompatible detergent ingredients in solution. SuperSat uses a powdered alkaline (HPH Powder) component and a liquid surfactant component, and by keeping them separate until they are automatically mixed with water at the wash, SuperSat is able to offer outstanding cleaning power safely and economically. The SuperSat system employs the use of high concentrations of gentle cleaning ingredients (much higher than traditional formulated products), and does not rely on harsh chemical ingredients for cleaning. Instead, large quantities of the best proven alkaline cleaners can be applied to vehicles economically, allowing the detergent to clean gently and effectively.
HPH Powder HPH Powder DH10255 HPH is the most popular SuperSat alkaline powder. HPH delivers extra punch to touchless car wash applications and is recommended for use in all types of friction and touchless wash systems. Carwash Chemicals tip colour* HPH solution tip colour and titration. Plus SS114706 SuperSat Plus is a high foaming presoak with a vibrant pink colour and pleasant mulberry scent. This product contains aggressive surfactants and is highly effective at removing dirt and grime without scrubbing. Gives great coverage and cleaning power in automatic machines. Tan Pink Grey 40-60 Grey 40-60 Rhino Brite DH10259 Rhino Brite is a strong acid presoak for use in two step processes. It removes mineral scales and soils that build up on the car surface and lead to dulling. This high foaming easy rinsing formula gives cars a shiny pop. Tyre & Engine Cleaner DH10230 SuperSat Tyre Cleaner with fragrance is a specific blend of surfactants to safely clean tyres and provide engine degreaser in self serve car washes. Can be used as a single colour or with specialised tri-colour foam dispensing equipment. Has a pleasant bubble gum scent. It can be used as a low or high pressure function. High Productivity Self Serve High Tan Light Blue Orange Rhino Sheen SS108606 Rhino Sheen is a high quality protectant by Blendco with a rich pina-colada scent. It is ideal for self serve high pressure applications. Self Serve High Orange Cool Dry DH10258 Cool Dry is a premium clearcoat/drying agent for use in automatic machines.
