Build-up / Breakdown / Deliveries Connection of power box Intermittent connection only : - January 24, 2018: from 4pm to 10pm - January 25, 2018: from 9:30am to 7:30pm - January 26, 2018: from 9:30am to 9:30pm - January 27, 2018: 9:30am to 6:30pm Exhibitors must communicate this schedule to their different recepients and recommand them not to wait the last moment to dispatch their equipment. Any equipment delivered outside of the scheduled dates and times for your installation will be denied entry on Wednesday January 24, 2018. To access the exhibition space with a vehicle, a badge must be presented it will be provided by your Exhibitors Service. Breakdown For safety reasons and to avoid inconvenience to visitors, installations may under no circumstances be broken down before 6:00pm on Saturday, January 27, 2018, the day on wich the exhibition closes. Breakdown must be completely finished by 10:00pm at the latest. Exhibitors materials, brochures and personal effects must be removed no later than one hour after the exhibition closes to public. No storage facilities will be provided. Empty packaging The Grande Halle de la Villette does not provide any storage facilities for empty packaging during the exhibition no storage of equipment or empty packaging will be allowed inside the pavilion or on booths. This equipment and packaging must immediately be removed from the site during build-up and stored outside the pavilion by exhibitors or their haulage contractors. Deliveries : on Wednesday January 24, 2018 from 3:00pm to 10:00pm Deliveries and pick-ups must take place during build-up and breakdown times in the presence of a member of your personnel, who will assume responsibility for such operations.in case of truck deliveries, please be assured to have a vehicle with a lifting tail board, because there is no delivery platform and all the spaces are reachable on one-storey. Please be sure that all your packages include the following informations: Grande Halle de la Villette Espace Charlie Parker Salon de la Radio 25,26 & 27 janvier 2018 211 avenue Jean Jaurès 75019 Paris Booth number: XX Name of the Exhibitor company : XXX Delivery access is on Rue Edgar Varèse (cf. access plans on page 12) Health Protection Working conditions Respect of the organizer s official plannings and access gates. During the breakdown, the site is a building site forbidden to public. The Safety Lanes must remain completely free. Storage must never be done on the totality of the lanes around the booth, and must only be momentaneous. During the breakdown, storage must be done as early as possible on the booth itself. Cleaning of the booths Cleaning of the booths is not included in the service. You can order cleaning with the complementary equipment form. Your emplacement must be restored in its initial state. Exhibitors must leave the emplacements they occupied, and especially the walls and carpets, in the state they have found them. It is recommanded to have systems like hooks or chains. Damage established during the breakdown of the booths will be invoice to the exhibitor being the only responsible for his recipients (designers, fitters, contractors ), on the basis of 150 tax-free per cubic meter. For any cleaning or waste removal, please see the complementary arrangements form. Do not forget : To empty the rented furniture from the closure of the show and at the latest at 6:30pm, and to leave the keys. Do not lock rented furniture inside your stockroom after you left. Reminder : The turnkey booths will be breakdown from 6:00pm on January, 31. Be really vigilant by not leaving any personnal effect. Flyers For safety and welcom quality reasons, it is forbidden to hand out flyers at the visitors entrance as well as in and out of the exhibition hall. The distribution of flyers inside the show is a communication option. Please get in touch with the organizer. Surveillance - Guarding The organizer is in charge of general surveillance of the exhibition, and done in the best conditions. It is an obligation of means, and not of results. Beware : risks of theft are important during the periods of build-up and breakdown. You must increase your vigilance during these periods. Place your equipments or products that can be stolen out of sight, included personnal objects and clothes. Operations of build-up and breakdown must not include efficient control of exit, it is highly recommanded to exert a close surveillance on your booth by keeping permanently someone until the end of your breakdown. Parking / Accreditations Exhibitors Parking The exhibitors can use the different car parks around the Grande Halle de la Villette. PARKING SUD «LA VILLETTE - CITE DE LA MUSIQUE» - 250 places Exit the ring road on Porte de Pantin, access by 211 avenue Jean Jaurès, under the Philharmonie 2. CONTACT : Vinci Parc, M. Hoffman. PHONE : 01 42 06 96 14 Q-PARK PHILHARMONIE 564 places Exit the ring road on Porte de Pantin, access by 185 boulevard Sérurier. CONTACT : Q-Park Résa. PHONE : 0810 077 275 If these two car parks are full, you can still go to the Parking Nord, the one of the Cité des Sciences et de l Industrie, but it is the farthest of the Grande Halle. PARKING NORD «CITE DES SCIENCES» - 1570 places including 46 for disabled. Exit the ring road on Porte de la Villette, entrance by 59 bd Mc Donald or 30 avenue Corentin Cariou. CONTACT : Vinci Parc. Accreditations & Exhibitors Bracelets A badge will be required to enter the show while the exhibition is open to the public. At the Grande Halle de la Villette, it is also necessary to be clearly identified during build-up and breakdown periods. A bracelet will be given to you at your arrival for build-up. Every exhibitor will be entitled to 10 exhibitors accreditations. To make your accreditations application, please go directly on the Radio Show website or use the address for accreditation application : http://radio18.evenium.net Exhibitors badges must be printed by you before the Show. A hostess will scan it at your arrival and will give you a case and a collar size for the duration of the Show. Booth complements / VIP Bracelets / Insurance Supplementary orders for your booth Exhibitors Service and your website https://salondelaradio.managerexpo.com are here to make life easier. If you have complementary needs assure you a serene participation avoiding the multiplication of interlocutors, you can deal with all your applications (furniture, audiovisual equipment, ) via the e-shop. Here are a few complementary informations: Internet: Exhibitors having suscribed the offer ADSL Wifi Pro Access will have access to a dedicated connection. The Grande Halle de la Villette guarantees a SDSL connection of 2Mb synchrone (200k0/s up and down). For the exhibitors who do not have suscribe this offer during their reservation, it is still time to do it, you have the possibility to put in place a wired network. Get in touch with your Exhibitors Service. Signage & communication supports: The show can deal with the design and/or the printing of flyers, totem, kakémono, flags, or any other communication support. Get in touch with your Exhibitors Service. VIP bracelets No matters what kind of participation formule you have suscribed, you have been given a certain amount of VIP bracelets, at least 2. To be used, these bracelets must imperatively be tied to your wrist. Only the persons with this bracelet will be able to order 1 drink all day long. These drinks will be at the disposal of the bearers at the central bar. Waiters will serve only one drink to the persons with a bracelet around their wrists. We ask you to give the persons you want to invite a bracelet and ask them to tie it to their wrist before going to the central bar. You can buy additionnal bracelets at the Exhibitors Office. Exhibitors Insurance The Show is insured for every exhibitor. However, theft insurance is incumbent directly on the exhibitor, regarding the exhibited equipment. The Grande Halle de la Villette is permanently secured and placed under videosurveillance. However, by caution measure, it is the responsibility of each exhibitor to secure the small equipment that could be the object of theft. Catering / Exhibitor Information/ Invitation / Reward Catering A public space for catering will be available inside the exhibition. It will be accessible for exhibitors and visitors. A central bar is also at your disposal for your needs in hot drinks, fresh drinks, and croissants. To be sure to have lunch, avoiding to wait for too long and risk not to be serve, it is nonetheless advise to order lunch formules before the opening of the Show and on Friday January 19, 2018 at the latest (cf. your application form). It is also possible to order soft drinks, or champagne. On Friday evening, the Comité de Pilotage has decided to organize a participative exhibitors dinner party in order to friendly welcome visitors during the nocturnal. The 100 Indés Radios programs directors will be convied to the party. For the participants exhibitors, waiters will bring trays to your booth for the chosen number of people. Drinks (water, juices, soft) will be dispended freely at the bar from 7:30pm for all, and are included in the price. Drink bracelets will be offered by the exhibitors who participate to the cocktail. Visitors must come get them on your booth to access the free bar. You can complete this open bar with drinks (champagne, etc ) on your own booth. The total of the financial participation and the detail of the trays delivered on your booth are indicated on the website. You can book from now very easily on the website the amount you wish to spend on this cocktail according to the number of people you think you will receive on your booth, by clicking on the link : http://www.salondelaradio.com/shop/ Be careful, if you want to organize a cocktail on your booth, the Grande Halle de la Villette allows only a list of accredited caterers to work on site. Every caterer that is not on the list will have to pay fees. The retained caterer of the Show, accredited, is at your disposal to answer your needs.
