Engraving silver and embossing leather A unique way to personalise a gift is to engrave or emboss a name, initials or a logo. Payment You can pay for your order by cheque, BACS, Visa or Mastercard. All orders under 100 must be settled by credit card. For payment by invoice our terms are 30 days from the invoice date. All prices exclude VAT. Deliveries There is a standard delivery charge of 5 to cover postage and packing for individual items within the UK. Deliveries of volume orders are subject to quotation and may vary according to the weight, destination and means of carriage. Guarantee and cancellations If for any reason you are not completely happy with your Veritas product, you may return it within 7 days and we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund. The goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them and be accompanied by a proof of purchase. Cancellations of corporate orders are accepted if confirmed in writing within 48 hours of placing an order. Cancellations of special commissions will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order value in the event that preparation work has begun.
