Company Policy Private Label Dept. Order Process / Lead Time Orders typically take 6 to10 weeks (or sooner) to be processed and prepared for shipment. Upon placing any order, a 50% deposit is due to start the process. Once completed, the balance must be paid in full before the order leaves our facility. Production will not start until art work is completed and approved. Shipping Accounts Clients may choose to schedule the pickup themselves. If the client does not have a preferred freight company, UrBrand offers rate quotes from different carriers that the client may choose from. Terms of Warranty UrBrand does not offer warranty on any products produced once approvals are submitted. Samples Private labeled products are not open stock. Clients will receive one set of free samples under the condition that shipping and handling will be covered by the client. Once samples are tested and approved client must also sign Sample approval sheet. Products will not be produced until samples sheet is signed. Damaged Products UrBrand takes extra steps to ensure that products are completely secured before shipment leaves. UrBrand will not be responsible for any damages made during transit as it is in the carrier s care. Returns After necessary approvals, UrBrand will not accept any returns. Stocking and Ordering The company does not keep back-stock of private labeled merchandise. Orders are filled upon payment of purchase order. Once a customer s purchase order is filled, the customer must make arrangements to have their order shipped within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 2% of the purchase order total. Ordering parts of a drum will not be allowed. Products are produced by drum per product. Customer may mix the bottle sizes per drum if desired (Example: You may order From 1 drum; 50 Liters, 200 8.5 oz and 300 4oz..etc) Please note that pieces per drum are just an estimate and quantities are subject to change when products are produced filled.
