Basic Airbrushing for first time users, Custom Airbrushing for those who have completed the Basic Airbrushing Course, Advanced Airbrush Techniques (Real Fire, American Flag and Eagle or Airbrushing the Human Skull), Custom Graphics, Flames Design, Custom Wood Grain and Vibrance Collection Candy Apple Finishes are eight courses that deliver practical instruction on these very popular painting techniques. Course Option 1 Basic Airbrushing how to use an airbrush. Basic course includes: about different types of Airbrushes and how they work. about Air supply, Proper Air Pressure, Paint Reduction, Cleaning and Trouble shooting the Airbrush. Course Option2 Custom Airbrushing Techniques Using gravity feed airbrushes to create special effects including: 2 panels, 1 Black and 1 White. different techniques painting over different colored bases. Each panel split into 4 projects. 8 different projects in all. 2000 DBC Basecoats and DBC500. Or PPG Envirobase High Performance water borne base coat system. Check with the training center you plan to attend as to which paint system they will be offering. the Proper use of Stencils/ Templates. the use of pre cut designs with Paint Mask. Course Option 3 ADVANCED AIRBRUSH COURSES 1. REAL FIRE COURSE proper techniques and colors to create lifelike flames using PPG s Vibrance Collection Students will airbrush Yellow / Orange / Red real fire on 1 half of a Black panel and Blue fire On the other half of the panel. On a second black panel students can chose any color. to use templates and freehand airbrush strokes to create their version of Real Fire. 2. AMERICAN FLAG AND EAGLE proper techniques to create a waving flag with an eagle in the foreground using colors from PPG s Vibrance Collection. 3. AIRBRUSHING THE HUMAN SKULL proper techniques Airbrushing the Human Skull. how to make a template using paper and a copy of a Human Skull. Students will also learn proper freehand techniques to add detail and shading. proper use of color and technique when rendering over a White and Black background. Black and White base coat will be used along with colors from the PPG Vibrance Collection. Students MUST attend the Custom Airbrush Techniques course before attending any Advanced Airbrush courses.
