To maintain the original condition of your sterling silver jewelry, polish your pieces regularly using our polishing cloths. Never immerse your heirloom quality Opulenza pieces in chlorine, salt water, mineral springs, or suntan lotion. Avoid exposing your jewelry to hairspray, cosmetics, and perfume, as this will cause tarnish. Remember, some household cleaners contain chlorine bleach; these will cause discoloration and also loosen the gemstones. Return/Exchange Policy We want you to LOVE your new Opulenza Jewelry! If for any reason, an item contains a manufacturer s defect or does not meet your satisfaction, you may return the item in new condition with the proof of purchase within 30 DAYS of ship date for an exchange or refund.
