HELPFUL INFORMATION Arrival time: We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointed time to allow you time to unwind in our Bliss lounge & complete our spa consultation card. Suggested attire: Our minimum clothing requirements for body treatments is disposable underwear that we will provide. All our qualified therapists are trained to drape correctly to ensure your comfort & privacy. Late arrival: If you are running late please advise us as soon as possible. Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment. As a courtesy to our next clients, our treatments are completed as scheduled. Deposit: Gift Voucher number &/or Credit Card details are required to secure your spa treatments longer than 1 hour or greater than $100 value. Cancelling or changing appointments: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation or time change within this time will result in a 25% fee being charged. If you do not show or give less than 2 hours notice for appointments you will be charged at full price (100%) of the treatments booked. Gift Vouchers: Elysium Day Spa reserves that right to apply a surcharge to gift voucher bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice & will not be responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
