Our party consultants are ready to serve you with our expert planning assistance. If we do not list what you are looking for, please ask. Consultations are free and without obligation. We are ready to serve you from our warehouse in Phoenixville. Our far-reaching market encompasses the Delaware Valley and beyond. The Party Center also has the resources to go well beyond our marketplace. Such places have included the Delaware shore area, Northern New Jersey, and as far west as the Harrisburg area. Terms: Our payment terms are Cash in Advance except for established accounts. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Reservation: For reservations, a deposit is required. This is your assurance that the desired equipment will be available for your special event. However, the deposit is NON-refundable in the event of cancellation. Quality: All equipment is of the highest quality and well maintained. All items are thoroughly checked, serviced and cleaned after each use. All food service items are washed, sterilized and wrapped upon rental. For sanitary reasons, all equipment must be returned in its original racks. Linen must be returned dry. All items returned dirty are subject to a cleaning charge. Delivery and Pick-up: A: Charge for delivery is determined by the distance from our center. B: Delivery is to a garage or first floor. Any other arrangements must be made in advance, with a special charge noted. C: Tables and chairs will be delivered and stacked. They must be restacked for pickup. Chairs that are bagged on delivery must be returned that way or additional charges will apply. D: Delivery and pick-up will be at the Lessor s convenience. Someone must be home on the days scheduled. E: To provide efficient and dependable service to all of our customers, 48 hours advance notice is generally required. We will, however, provide emergency, off-hour and late night service whenever possible for an additional charge. F: Delivery must be made to, and equipment kept in a sheltered location protected from the elements. Responsibility for the equipment remains with the lessee for the full term of the rental. G: If equipment is unavailable for pick-up, client agrees to pay an additional pick-up charge plus any other additional rental charges accrued.
