Spa Etiquette Our aim is to ensure you have the best possible spa experience with us, please help to support this by following our Spa Etiquette. Use of Horsted Spa is available to guests over the age of 16 No food or alcoholic drinks are allowed in wet areas Mobile phone usage is not permitted within the spa Smoking is not permitted in any area of the spa When entering the pools, use steps and handrails provided We kindly ask that you do not wear wet swimwear on upholstered furniture Please remember that the relaxation room is a quiet area. Arrival Times We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to complete a consultation card. Please be aware that all treatment times as specified in the Horsted Spa brochure do include a personal consultation. Arriving late for your appointment may result in your treatment time being reduced, the full charge will still be applied as timings for other clients have to be maintained. Treatment Attire Gowns and slippers are only provided for Spa guests using the Tranquillity and Heat Experience. Information on this facility can be found on the Day Programmes page. For body treatments you will be required to undress. We do however ask that all clients keep their undergarments on (disposable underwear can be provided if required). Health Concerns Please inform us at the time of booking if you have a health condition/concern, as this may result in your desired treatment not being suitable. Please be aware that on the day of your treatment, if for any reason your therapist feels that the treatment of your choice would not be advisable then an alternative treatment will be offered wherever possible. Pregnancy We have specially designed treatments for expectant woman or nursing mothers. Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable during this special time. Please be aware we are unable to carry out any Espa treatments in the first trimester of pregnancy. Decorum For the ultimate relaxation of our clients we ask the following: No children under the age of 16 are to enter the Spa Noise in the spa and relaxation area are to be kept to a minimum (no heels please) All mobile phones are to be turned off during your visit. Payment Policy Please be aware payment will be required at the time of booking for all spa treatments. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy and the full cost the treatment will not be refunded if the 24 hour notice isn t given. Homecare To continue your spa experience at home, products used in our treatments are available to purchase in our retail area at reception. Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers are available to purchase and are redeemable against Day Programmes, treatments or products. They are nonrefundable and non-redeemable for cash.
