GETTING HERE We are 200 metres from Grantham train station (a fast train operates from Kings Cross to Edinburgh) If travelling by car We are located very close to the A1. WHAT TO WEAR MEDICAL CONDITIONS Robes and slippers are provided - please wear underwear under your robe at all times. WHEN TO ARRIVE Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. While we always do our best to accommodate late arrivals if our therapists are fully booked and have appointments after yours, the appointment will end as scheduled. POST TREATMENT Please let us know if you suffer (or have suffered) with any of the following conditions: Cancer Heart conditions High or low blood pressure Diabetes Epilepsy Thrombosis Varicose veins Kidney or liver condition Thyroid condition Treatments are subject to a completion of a Health Commitment Statement After your treatment your therapist will advise you with what to do next. We encourage that you relax in our relaxation suite for at least 10 minutes and drink plenty of water (this will be supplied to you). 11
