MODULE #12 - Lesson 4 Natural Remedies for 9 Common Conditions

Module 12 - Lesson 4 Sinus Infections (Sinusitis) A sinus infections or sinusitis is basically an inflammation of the sinus cavity. This picture on the right here just shows you the sinus cavity. On the right you see this inflammation and there s this reservoir of mucus sitting in the cavities, and that s why you get this nasal discharge. It s pretty unpleasant. When I first met Amy, this was a long time ago now, I was somewhat health conscious back then but she hadn t been exposed to healthy eating or nutrition. At that time she was drinking about six to eight cans of Diet Coke a day. She 2

had recurring sinus problems forever, and she was on different medications and stuff. It was just crazy. When we went back to school and studied holistic nutrition, she got rid of all that stuff. She stopped consuming aspartame and Diet Coke and some of the other garbage that she was eating, and, literally, within a week, she cleared up her sinus infections. I ve been with her now for eight and a half years and she hasn t had an issue with her sinuses since then. Usually, it s a secondary condition related to a primary bacterial, viral, or fungal infection. With the flu or a cold, you ll probably have a sinus infection, but there are other times that it can be related to food sensitivities, for instance, wheat and dairy are two big ones that if you remove will alleviate things. It s associated with frontal and temple headaches; abundant nasal discharge, as we mentioned; possible nosebleeds; sense of smell disruptions. For every condition we go through I will give you a slide with tools to overcome them. These are the natural remedies we ll be looking at. The first and foremost is the neti pot. I think everyone should have a neti pot in their household. A neti pot kind of looks like a genie bottle that you fill it up with water and a little pinch of sea salt, essentially, you re making a saline solution. What this does is it reduces the inflammation in the nasal cavity; it ll pull some of the discharge out of there. You put the spout in one nostril, tilt your head to the side and the water will flow out the other nostril. Do this with both nostrils, give yourself a blow afterward. If you do this day and night if you have a sinus infection, it ll go away very quickly. This is something I would do on a weekly basis or anytime I feel any stuffiness coming on. It s amazingly powerful. You can buy one for 20 bucks and you ll have it forever. The other commonality you re going to find throughout this presentation is the unbelievable healing powers of apple cider vinegar. You re going to see apple cider vinegar pretty much in every single one of these remedies. You just drink it in water. Take a tablespoon or two, put it in water, and drink it back. 3

The one thing I want to mention with apple cider vinegar is that because it is acidic, before it s metabolized, you don t want to let it sit in your mouth too long because it can wear down the tooth enamel. So, if you re going to drink apple cider vinegar, it s better to have it in a smaller glass of water that you can just kind of drink quickly, and then afterward, just rinse your mouth out with water. It s not recommended to brush your teeth after using apple cider vinegar or lemon water because it ll actually spread the acidity around your teeth if you brush them. Some people recommend using a bit of baking soda in the water to add some more alkalinity, because baking soda s very alkaline, so it kind of counteracts the acidity in the mouth. You can just do a basic mouthwash with water by itself, or even a little bit more potent would be adding a bit of baking soda into that water and giving it a swish in the mouth. You can also do steam inhalation. If you have essential oils like peppermint or eucalyptus, which would be like tea tree oil kind of, you can just add that into a steamer and then just allow those vapors that steam to loosen up some of the stuff. You just kind of put your head over the steamer, or you can just boil some water, put it in a bowl, drop in some of those essential oils, and just put your head over the bowl and cover yourself with a towel so you kind of create your own little steam room within your head area. These are going to be quick little things that you can add in to kind of boost your body s potential to eliminate this stuff. These are three very powerful things to do. I highly recommend them. Obviously, as I just mentioned, removing food sensitivities wheat, dairy, and sugar are three big ones in respect to sinusitis. 4

Acne Acne is one of the most-searched terms on Google, and if you ve ever watched TV, you ve probably seen Proactiv commercials left and right, especially on weekends. Acne is specifically a problem in the puberty years, up to about 30, 35. The reason for that is because in puberty men and women start producing a lot more testosterone. Testosterone increases the production of sebum, which is an oil that s produced in the oil glands in the skin. Let me just briefly tell you what acne s all about, how it s created, and then we ll look at how to rectify. These two pictures here show you the anatomy. This is a cross section of the skin. Here we would have the exposed surface, what you would touch, for instance. Then under here we have the deeper layers of your skin. 5

Your skin has pores which connect to oil glands. These pores have an opening at the top, and then it connects to these oil glands farther down like sebaceous glands and oil glands farther into the dermis through follicles. Hair grows through the follicles, and these follicles are like little canals. Sebum, which is this oily liquid, is produced by these oily glands, and it carries dead skin cells through the follicles, to the surface of your skin. There s a lot of stuff going on through these canals, and because hair grows through these canals as well, it can clump into a plug in conjunction with dead cells coming through in the oil, which can then get infected with bacteria, resulting in swelling. This is when you start to develop a pimple, where the plug moves up through the follicle, as you see on the right side. In kind of this white, inflamed area, that would be those white blood cells fighting infection and then moving to the surface, and then you get this pimple on the surface of the skin. That s essentially what a pimple is, and if you multiply that over your face or your back or your neck, you re looking at acne. Acne vulgaris is the most common type of acne. There are other types of acne, but we ll talk about the most common type. It s not just caused by testosterone or this plugged-up skin issue, bacterial infection. Liver toxicity, Candida, and lots of processed foods, specifically sugar, are big, big culprits. If they weren t, then we wouldn t see people s skin improve when they started adopting more of a raw-food diet or if they started juicing more often. If their skin didn t improve when that stuff was implemented, then they would have no association. Your skin is a reflection of what s happening in your liver. If your liver s toxic, your skin is going to be toxic as well. Doing simple things like a basic cleanse, adding more greens into your diet, whatever you can do to clean up your body is going to help purify your liver, and that s also going to help your skin. It s really important to remember that. This, again, is a cross section where you have the hair follicle moving through the follicle, and then these sebaceous glands, or these oil glands, they just kind of come off to the side, and they would secrete oil into these follicles that are then secreted out, onto the skin s surface. But here, sometimes the hair 6

breaks apart, it gets blocked with some other stuff in there, it gets infected by bacteria, and then we get this whole blockage and moves up to the top, creates a pimple, and we have acne. Your tools, the toolkit for fighting acne. As we mentioned in the last lesson, salicylic acid is probably one of the most things you can use. Blackberries, blueberries, cantaloupes, dates, raisins, kiwi fruits, guavas, apricots, green pepper, Granny Smith apples are very, very high in salicylic acid, which just goes to show you that, again, if you eat these foods, not only are you going to be cleaning your liver by the nature of eating these foods, but you re also getting a high amount of salicylic acid, which we know has tremendous effects at improving the health of your skin. Also, MSM, methylsulfonylmethane, is helpful because it does contain sulfur. Sulfur s important for liver detoxification; sulfur s also important in skin health. Omega-3s, very, very important for skin health as well. And zinc, which is a very important mineral and antioxidant, is also very important for skin health. Those are three very important things that you either want to supplement with or make sure you re incorporating into your diet. Lots of water. Pretty much for all of these conditions, lots of water is important, but especially for skin-related stuff, you want to get lots of water in. once again, ACV, apple cider vinegar, internally, again, with water, or topically. If you re going to use it topically, just err on the side of caution. Dilute it nicely so it s not very powerful and you re not stinging your face. But remember, if you 7

understand how acne, why acne occurs, if we consider that acne is a bacterial infection, then we want to use things that are antibacterial. Apple cider vinegar is an antibacterial agent, so by using, for instance, cotton swabs and dipping it in, let s say you have a little bowl of water, you drop in maybe one or two drops of apple cider vinegar just to start with, and then you can increase the intensity of it if you want to, if your skin can handle it. Just kind of dab that in there, soak it up, and apply it on the various acne parts of your face. Obviously, it s not going to smell great, because vinegar has this interesting smell, but it s something that you can do in the privacy of your own home, let it sit on for a while. It s something that you can use for a toner in the morning and at night. Again, you just want to play it by ear with the apple cider vinegar. If it burns your face, then tone it down a little bit, but understand, as well, that depending on the nature of the acne, it might create some discomfort because you re getting this acetic acid which is the very, very important healing component of apple cider vinegar, right into these pores, and it s fighting that bacterial infection, so it might be a little bit uncomfortable at first, but as long as there s no crazy scarring, which shouldn t happen, then it should be fine. Oregano oil s antibacterial as well, but it s very strong; it ll literally chew a hole in your skin, so you don t want to do that. ACVs a lot safer. Those are some ways to fight acne naturally. There re no corticosteroids here, there s no Proactiv. Try this stuff and see how that works out. 8

Sore Throat It seems like flu season is all year round; I don t know why. Obviously, there are a lot of different theories but, essentially, what s happening in our body, internally, if we re healthy, depending on how much vitamin D we re getting from sunlight. In the winter months we re getting less; therefore, we re more susceptible to getting sick and so forth. Nonetheless, sore throats are very, very common throughout the year. They re either a viral infection such as the flu, cold, or mononucleosis, or a more serious bacterial infection like strep throat, in which antibiotics are often prescribed. I don t personally believe that antibiotics are necessary for all of them, but, again, you want to check with your doctor. Some natural remedies work within an hour or two, which is amazing; others take effect overnight; others take a little bit long; it really depends on the individual and the infection. 9

Your tools here. First of all gargle with warm water and sea salt, which is probably one of the most time-tested and true things to do. Or you can try a new type of gargle which I m calling a spicy, salty gargle, which incorporates half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper. I feel bad, actually, because I haven t given it enough praise during any of the lessons, because cayenne pepper has some amazing healing properties. First of all, it s an anti-irritant, so it s going to help dislodge a lot of mucus and a lot of problems in the throat. It s antibacterial and a blood thinner, so just be careful if you re on blood-thinning medication; it will thin the blood, so just so you re aware of that. Here s the spicy, salty gargle. Half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper; here we go again, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar; half a cup of warm water; and 1teaspoon of sea salt. Just mix all that up together, and gargle with that a couple times a day, and this will produce miracles for you, hands down. You can also try a throat-soothing tea, which would be one lemon, one bag of peppermint tea, or if you don t want to use peppermint tea, you can use fresh ginger; just grate it and squeeze the juice out into the water of the tea; 1 tablespoon of natural honey, like manuka honey; and, again, half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper. You don t want to boil the water. You want to get it just up until it s almost ready to boil. You don t want to kill the water; that s what s going to happen when you boil it, and you lose a lot of the good benefits of water at that point. Take it up to five or ten degrees under boiling, take it off the stove, poor it into the cup, add those things in. the other thing is that if you re boiling the water and then you add lemon in, you add the ginger in, you add honey, you add cayenne pepper, just the heat alone is going to destroy a lot of their properties, so we don t want to have it boiling once we re adding this stuff in. 10

Bad Breath (Halitosis) Bad breath, or halitosis can be linked to poor dental hygiene, which is pretty obvious, so if you have plaque buildup or gum disease, or if you have a gastrointestinal or systemic infection. If you have ulcers in your stomach due to H. pylori, the bacteria, then that s obviously going to cause some weird, funky breath coming out. However, poor digestion and dietary habits in general and constipation can be significant causes as well. If you re not digesting your foods properly they end up fermenting in your stomach and they give gas off, and that obviously comes back through your mouth. If you re constipated and you re not moving stool out, then some of that gas can make its way back up the digestive system and up through your mouth. Those are a couple very common but underrecognized causes or reasons for bad breath, so we want to attend to those as well. Some really cool tools for you. First of all, you want to floss every day. I m actually guilty of not doing this enough. Brush your teeth. Here s probably one of the most powerful things you could do: Add chlorophyll to your water. Chlorophyll is like your natural breath freshener. It s amazing for bad breath. You can buy some liquid chlorophyll at the health-food store. It will last you for a long time; it s not very expensive. You just add a little drop into your water; your water s going to turn dark-green. It s amazing at not only freshening your breath from a very deep, systemic level, but it s also very important for ph balance, the health of your blood, and everything we ve talked about, for instance, in Module 1 with respect to energy and nutrition. Other things you can do is eat more mint, parsley, cilantro, and anise. They re all very breath-freshening types of herbs. Another thing you can try is to chew on rosemary. Rosemary s actually very conducive to this very effective, actually, at fighting bad breath. If you get fresh rosemary and you just de-stem it and just chew on the leaves of the rosemary, very, very freshening for the breath. Something really cool and if you re buying rosemary anyways, you can just chew on a couple those for a couple minutes. And, obviously, you want to improve your digestion. 11

Dandruff/Dry Scalp Dandruff and dry scalp. Dandruff isn t the same thing as dry scalp. Dry scalp is like having dry skin. Dandruff is the shedding of dead skin cells from the scalp, so slightly different. It can worsen in the winter when it s dryer. If you live in a cold climate like I do, you want to have a humidifier in your house so that you increase the humidity of your living environment. That s going to help add moisture to your skin. It can be caused by allergic reaction to hair products. Skin fungus or yeast specifically, malassezia yeast, we have to consider that big-time as well. Eczema and other skin conditions. If you have eczema or psoriasis your likelihood of having dandruff is greatly increased. Tools to fight dandruff: Again, apple cider vinegar and water. Here apply to the scalp. You can use it as a shampoo, although I don t know if I d recommend that necessarily. Part the hair, and then apply a drop of apple cider vinegar and water right directly to the scalp. If dandruff is caused by yeast and fungus, then we want counteract it. ACV has those properties. You don t want to do 100% pure apple cider and vinegar; you want to dilute it with water. Try that out before showering; you can let it sit for about 10 to 15 minutes, and then you can shower, rinse it out. The other thing you might reconsider is what you re using in terms of your shampoos. Anything that s coming from these shampoos that you see on TV from Procter & Gamble or from one of those big companies, you probably should stop using them. Any products from those companies are creating disease in millions of humans, slowly but surely. They re toxic and we should all stop using them. That s my humble opinion on this matter. That s a very objective point of view. There are much better alternatives. If you go to a health-food store, you can find better alternatives, stuff to wash your hair with, although my grandmother used to wash her hair with vinegar. That was her thing. 12

Once you finish your shower you can actually apply coconut oil directly to your scalp. Put it on the ends of your fingertips, split your hair, part your hair, and just get it right down into the scalp. Give yourself a little massage, and allow those beneficial oils from the coconut oil to do their work on adding some more moisture and healthy fat back to the cell membranes in the cells in that area. Also very important is to increase intake of omega-3 fats; vitamin E, vitamin A, which are antioxidants and they re also very important for the skin; MSM, once again; silica, which is also very important for the skin. You can actually apply the same stuff from acne and vice versa. Silica, very, very helpful for skin as well. Those are the things that I would recommend for dry skin; not even just dandruff, but dry skin in general. You also want to drink a lot of water. 13

Athlete s Foot Athlete s foot is a fungal infection, tinea pedis, which causes scaling, flaking, and itching of the affected skin. Blisters and cracked skin may also develop. Again, we re talking about a fungal infection. This stuff doesn t just happen there are specific causes. Here s the thing to remember about athlete s foot. The fungus that causes athlete s foot requires warmth and moisture to survive and grow, the primary method of incubation and transmission is when people who regularly wear shoes go barefoot in a moist, communal environment, such as a changing room or shower, and then put shoes on. Where do you think this might happen? In a gym, right? A health club. You work out, take your shoes off, you go to the shower. If you re not wearing your own flip-flops, then you are literally walking on a breeding ground of potential fungi. Very important to wear flip-flops if you re going to be showering in public areas. Research has shown that people in cultures who spend all day barefoot have almost nonexistent athlete s foot. You re going to expose your feet to oxygen, sunlight. Sunlight s going to help, obviously, irradiate or kind of get rid of a lot of the bacteria in the fungus. Apple cider vinegar both internally, with water, or in foot baths. Just take a bowl or a foot bath add some apple cider vinegar, warm water in, and there you go. Garlic is also a very powerful antifungal agent. Again, we re talking about scaling and flaking of the skin as well, it s kind of a tricky thing because warm and moist are the conditions that are causing the fungus to grow. Initially, 14

you want to dry that out. You re going to go through a bit of a period where your skin s going to be pretty dry, but as you start to notice the condition itself lessen, then you can start to moisturize a little bit more. You can apply coconut oil to the skin if you have cracked heels and stuff like that. You can apply coconut oil as a natural moisturizer, but it s also an antifungal, so it kind of does two things at the same time. You can try that after you ve done your foot bath, after you dry it off. Toenail Fungus This is often misunderstood as athlete s foot; it s not the same. Toenail fungus is also known as onychomycosis, and these infections usually develop on nails continuously exposed to warm, moist environments such as sweaty shoes or shower floor. Again, a very similar pathogenesis to athlete s foot and oftentimes it can coexist with athlete s foot. It can often be caused by the same or very similar fungi. Your tools in getting over this one are the trick here is that you need to get under the nail bed. We want to look at, what s been shown to be very effective is ACV vinegar on a cotton swab and then swab you re the affected fingers or toes. You can also put in tea tree oil because it s very helpful with constant application, to battling toenail fungus. Thymol, which is also the essential oil from thyme, is also helpful. You could do a combination of all three, but I suggest ACV as a bare minimum. The beautiful thing about ACV is that it does all these amazing things, and it s very inexpensive and it lasts a long time. A very simple way to do this is, again, dip the cotton swab in the solution. You would obviously have a bit of water in 15

there as well, but this would be a little bit more concentrated. Tape the cotton swabs to your toes overnight; kinda keep it on overnight. Alternatively, you can do a foot bath. Again, you want to drink several tablespoons of apple cider vinegar throughout the day, because apple cider vinegar is going to be antifungal. Again, go barefoot and get exposure to sunlight; very similar to athlete s foot. And you want to dry feet quickly after bathing. Same with athlete s foot; you don t want to let it sit around, you don t want it to be moist all day. Dry it off really quickly afterward, because that fungus requires moisture. You want to dry it off really quickly. Researchers have found that the fungus that produces toenail fungus doesn t do very well between 40 and 60 degrees Celsius. There re some interesting heat therapies and lasers coming out to try to burn away, if you will, the fungus under the toes. It s kind of tricky because you have to get under the toenail bed, and these kinds of cotton swab applications don t necessarily do that, so they do take a bit of time. Give it a couple weeks in most cases. It depends on the severity of the issue. These are well-known natural remedies to work. 16

Muscle Cramps/Spasms This is a little bit different, but it s something that occurs quite often. I ve never actually had a muscle cramp in my entire life, until about a week ago. I was watching a movie on the couch, and out of nowhere, my calf just seized up and it was excruciating. If you ve ever experienced these cramps in the middle of the night or if you re exercising, you know what it feels like. They re painful sensations caused by contraction or overshortening of muscles. Some of the main causes of cramping include hyperflexion. So, for instance, if you were to, in a standing position, bring your heel toward your bum you re essentially doing a hamstring curl and you left your foot up toward your bum for an extended period of time, you will start to get some cramping in your hamstring. Inadequate oxygenation to the muscle cells; exposure to large changes in temperature, especially in the heat; if you re exercising in the heat, you re losing a lot of electrolytes, which leads to our next point, which is dehydration; low blood salt, which, again, is all part and parcel of the same thing; and low blood calcium. Also low blood magnesium, because calcium, magnesium, and potassium are important for muscle contractions. If you re experiencing a muscle cramp apply a hot compress to the muscle. Then you want to stretch. For instance, this picture here is showing a great stretch for the calves. You d put your toe up on an elevated surface, heel toward the floor, and lean into it. Stretch the calf or the muscle out, and then you can massage it with hands or use a foam roller or have somebody else do it. ACV in water has been shown to be very helpful for alleviating cramps. If you get muscle soreness after workouts some people anecdotally talk about how beneficial it is. 17

If you get cramps, anything like that, have some ACV perhaps in a more concentrated form, maybe a little bit more ACV versus water and just shoot it back. Again, there are properties in there to alleviate muscle cramps. It s pretty amazing. Magnesium is a relaxant. Potassium s also important because it s commonly lost with a lot of water in our sweat. Very simple thing to do is just grab a banana, which contains magnesium and potassium. Pretty much any fruit or vegetable is going to have both of those as well. Those are some very simple tools to help you overcome muscle cramps and prevent them. Prevention is really in the stretching, ACV, and then a whole-foods diet, which incorporates magnesium and potassium anyways and lots of water. 18

Nausea/Vertigo Finally, we re going to talk about nausea and vertigo. This is something that s touched me personally because as I was taking my initial flight lessons, we were doing some spins and spirals and I m not a roller-coaster kind of guy. You can actually do vision-type of exercises that will correct the fluids in your ears in the vestibular canals in your ears. Basically, what s happening is when there s a disconnect between what you re seeing and what the fluid in your vestibular canals is experiencing that s when you start getting this nausea, this vertigo. You can train yourself out of that. I was able to do so, thanks to my good friend Dr. Eric Hobbe, who gave me some great vision exercises. They obviously make you feel a little bit nauseous initially, but as you train yourself out of that, it definitely helps. Sometimes there s vomiting; sometimes there s not. It can be caused by bacteria in food; excess alcohol we ve all been there; medications; motion sickness, if you re on a boat or reading in a car, for instance; pregnancy. It s not a fun feeling. It s pretty debilitating. There s a very simple solution in most cases. The most powerful anti-nausea would be ginger. There was a meta-analysis done where they looked at seasickness, morning sickness, and chemotherapy-induced nausea; across those studies collectively, the results favored ginger over placebo, which is pretty amazing. Most of those studies were looking at 1 gram of ginger root per day. You could grate it, juice it, add it in some water. You can chew on the ginger if you want to. There s also ginger lozenges, ginger chewy things, you can take ginger by the capsule. Some really cool ways to get ginger, and I would recommend, obviously, going the natural way with the ginger root itself, but it s such a simple thing to incorporate. 19

When I was going for my initial flying lessons initially I would make ginger tea and drink it on the way to the airport, and I would have these little ginger chews. They re kind of a ginger chewy type of thing. I would actually take one on the flight to get some more ginger into my system, so when we did the spiral and spin maneuvers, I was okay. Then I would have some leftover ginger tea to drink on the way home so I didn t throw up in the car as I was driving from the airport. Thankfully, a lot of the nausea and vertigo I initially experienced with flying is now gone. Again, you can train yourself out of that, and ginger is one of those ways to help alleviate that acute type of feeling. 20

That s a Wrap! So, that s a wrap! We ve now covered nine very common conditions. Hopefully, these have helped you out. You can refer back to these for yourself, for your kids, for your loved ones. Again, they re, for the most part, based around apple cider vinegar, which is amazing and you can buy a whole gallon of it for less than 20 dollars. That ll last you about three or four months easily, and it s just amazing on so many levels. Before we go any further, I want to thank you very much for allowing me to share my research, wisdom, and all this information with you over the past 12 modules. I want to congratulate you for being dedicated and committed to learning more about your health. There are two ways to create change, you can scare the living daylights out of yourself or you can empower yourself with uplifting, inspired, and research-backed evidence. For instance, you now know that ginger doesn t just have very powerful antiinflammatory properties, it also helps against nausea. As you start to uncover these things, as you start to uncover that blackberries and blueberries are not only a great source of antioxidants, they re also a great source of salicylic acid, which helps your skin. When you learn this information you start to become more motivated to try stuff out, to experiment, to incorporate this stuff into your life, and that is what it s all about. It s all about self-experimentation. Everyone is different. You and I are very different. We can eat the same foods and respond very differently to them, so you need to understand what these foods, what their properties are, what their benefits are, and then try them out and see if they work for you or not. That s the key. There s no one diet that s right for everyone. I can t tell you that follow my Eating for Energy program, it s going to work 100% of the time for 100% of the people because it doesn t. It works for the majority of people who follow it, but there are some cases where people don t like it or they don t want to follow that type of plant-based, raw protocol or they don t feel good on it. You need to find what works for you. 21

That s why with the Academy has been a labor of love for me because I wanted to equip you with the very knowledge and tools that I have acquired over the years in working with thousands of clients and going through hours of extra research to bring you this information. What s amazing is that as I ve researched this stuff, it s even motivated me to incorporate more of this stuff into my life. I hope it s done the same for you. Since learning is a lifelong process I m going to continue releasing new health reports. As a Super Nutritious Academy student who s gone through all 12 modules, you have lifetime access to come in and watch the videos. You can come in three years down the road if you forgot something, and you ll still have access to it. Here s the other amazing perk. As a Super Nutrition Academy student, you will continue to receive any new Super Nutrition Academy health reports that I release. I m doing my best to release these on a monthly or bimonthly basis. There s new stuff that continues to come across my desk that I need to go into greater detail about. I need to clarify some stuff about, for instance, the multivitamins, probiotics, or stuff on fish oil, greens, and sea vegetables. Going deeper and deeper into these areas of discussion, because people want to know this stuff. So, if there are any areas that you would like me to cover in an upcoming health report, just let me know in the comments below. We will have the link to the special reports page on all of the pages within the modules. We ll also be sending you e-mail updates when we release these so you can download them for free. Again, it s just my way of saying thank you very much for being a healthconscious individual, for allowing me to impart my wisdom on you. Again, I sincerely thank you for your time, for learning, educating yourself. Remember, one of the best ways of learning this information and really kind of engraining it into yourself is by teaching others. If you have kids, if you have a family, why not share this information with them? Why not challenge yourself to teach them some of this information? As we move forward, we will be considering doing some type of certification with the Academy, because Super Nutrition Academy really, for me, is the 22

nutrition school for everyday people. It s not an academic thing or to become a nutritionist but for the everyday person who wants the level of knowledge almost to the degree of a nutritionist. This is the solution and I think you would agree with me. Those are some exciting things coming down the pipes. Again, I want to thank you. It s been a pleasure. I m Yuri Elkaim, I m signing off, and we ll speak to you soon. 23
