KOFOTI also is actively operating a wide variety of support projects for enhancing the industry s competitive capabilities and profile in the global market, including research and development, marketing, and fostering smoother, more natural communication among companies. KOFOTI will continue to lead Korea s textile and fashion industry through strong leadership and innovative mind-set. 2 INDUSTRY STANDING The top-tier organization of over 6,100 textile companies (companies with over 10 employees) and 28 industry members FOUNDING GOALS Promote the modernization of the textile industry, enhance the global competitiveness of textile products, and contribute to the overall expansion of the national economy through the long-term development of the textile industry.
