Take your measurements while wearing lightweight clothing or undergarments. Always pull the measuring tape snug, but not tight. In general, round up to the nearest inch (nearest half inch for neck measurements). If you are between sizes, it is usually best to order the larger size. A. Neck: Measure around the base of the neck, keeping the tape level. Place your index finger between the tape and your neck for a comfortable fit. Neck sizes are offered in half-inch increments. If between sizes, order the larger size. B.
