Treatment by radiofrequency Two major types of radiofrequency devices are known: monopolar (unipolar), and multipolar (bi-, tri-, tetra-, penta-, hexapolar etc.). According to experience, unipolar devices have spectacular effects in the area of body treatments and in interventions requiring deeper effects (e.g. reduction of the double chin), and, in addition, their effects last longer. On the other hand, handpieces with two or more active poles guarantee a higher immediate effi cacy in superfi cial treatments, such as wrinkles of the face. This discrepancy has been resolved by the development team of the new Mezoforte device through a practical and unique innovation where the new device includes both technologies: unipolar as well as bipolar handpieces! The bipolar handpiece is used for wrinkles of the face and other treatments requiring superfi cial effect. In this case the radio waves fl ow between the two poles built into the handpiece, thus primarily reaching the epidermis and the upper dermis, providing rejuvenation of the skin surface. However, body treatments are performed by the so-called SeptoDetox unipolar handpiece.

SeptoDetox cellulite treatment What is SeptoDetox? One active electrode is used during the monopolar treatment, and the large-surface passive electrode is placed in contact with the body. By this way, the radio waves penetrate the deeper tissues freely, as the treating current circulates between the active and the passive electrodes, passing through the skin layers beneath the treated area. The deep-tissue heating (which stimulates the circulation of the blood and lymph in the septa of the connective tissue) caused by the special radio wave controlled by the computer also facilitates detoxifi cation, thus eliminating the major cause of cellulite nodules. Based on the continuous monitoring of the surface temperature of the SeptoDetox handpiece, as an innovative solution, the Mezoforte unit continuously controls the performance of radiofrequency. Owing to Computerized Temperature Control of Radiofrequency (CTC RF ), it protects the epidermis from overheating, and thus from the inconveniences associated with some other devices.

CryoTyte RF skin tightening The CryoTyte RF method offered by the Mezoforte system as a unique feature not offered by any other radiofrequency devices. After the radiofrequency treatment of the face or body, the cold effect mediated by the CryoTyte RF handpiece prevents the skin from the unnecessary collateral spreading of the residual heat. In addition, it reduces the interstitial oedema characterising the skin affected by cellulite. It has several neuroimmunological effects, like decreasing the irritation of free nerve endings, increasing of the pain threshold, and an immediate release of endorphins. The CryoTyte RF reduces the erythema of the skin, and restores the metabolism which is increased by the heating effects of radiofrequency in the superfi cial layers of the skin.

Mezophoresis needle-free mesotherapy Several methods are known for the facilitating the absorption active products into the skin. The skin layers which block the entry of active ingredients can be removed by mechanical or enzymatic peeling or microdermabrasion. Using electricity may increase the penetration of the products, but entry via needle has proved more effi cient recently. However, a signifi cant proportion of clients don t prefer the needle method. Now Dr Derm Equipment presents the mezophoresis treatment which utilizes the new needle-free mesotherapy method. In the course of the new method of entry of active ingredients, the double lipid layer, which represents the barrier of the skin, is rearranged owing to the electric pulses that are in the millisecond range in duration. Such structural change results in the formation of new channels for the active ingredients, thus the skin readily absorbs the active molecules applied onto its surface.

The bio-hyaluronic acid (Jean d Arcel Hyaluron Pur2 ampule) entered using the mezophoresis program smoothened, and the use of bipolar radiofrequency tightened my clients skin. In my cosmetic practice, I have been performing body treatments for many years. I have tried almost all body treatment equipment and other alternative methods for decreasing the symptoms of cellulite and facilitate slimming measurable in centimetres.
