Reservations Pre-arrival information Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment, in order to complete your consultation form and take time to relax in our tranquil surroundings before your treatment. Arriving late will decrease the time of your treatment. Cancellation policy Cancellation and changes to appointments are accepted 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled services to your credit card. No-show guests will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled services to your credit card. Payment SPA RECOMENDATIONS Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment.
