PRODUCTION Our collections are 100% MADE IN SPAIN, which certificates in regards to origin, quality and authenticity shall be provided to our partners. Ordering Collections Seasonal orders must be done on our Samples base: - Fall-Winter season SALES PERIOD: February & March DELIVERY: Mid July - Spring-Summer season SALES PERIOD: September & October DELIVERY: Mid February Sales Book with the references, materials, size, images and wholesale prices will be provided for every collection on a digital format, besides an Order Sheet template. Orders must represent properly the collection, so at least 3 of the product categories should be ordered (Ex. Rings, Earrings & Bracelets). 15
Ordering Collections Each partner will choose the best option provided by Catalina D Anglade every season to settle buying and OC periods. Once the sales period is finished, an Order Confirmation will be sent via e-mail for our clients to send a 30% pre-payment of the order amount. Minimum Order 1.800 MATERIAL PROVIDED PER COLLECTION - Samples. - Sales Books with all the product information, including WH prices, materials and sizing. - Product silhouettes or all kind of images available to promote the brand locally. - Display adapted to show the product properly (if requested). - Catalina D Anglade Packaging (box, dust bag and authenticity certificate). Ordering on Available Stock / Exclusive Designs On available stock (Inmediate delivery) Representatives shall request available stock reports for immediate delivery regularly (weekly, monthly), from which once payment for the reorder is received, will be delivered in one week/10 days to the client. Exclusive Designs Representatives can propose and request exclusive designs for their clients, so Catalina D Anglade will create objects, which drafts and prototypes must be approved by the client, after signing an agreement for this collaboration. 18
