Thank you. CANCELLATION A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking. CELLULAR PHONES The use of mobiles are limited to reception and garden areas only. No mobile phones are allowed in our treatment areas. Please put your mobile on silent when in the lockers. LATE POLICY Should you arrive late the therapist will provide as much as possible of the treatment in the remaining time, however, she will not overrun the allocated time for that treatment out of respect for the next client. Full price will be applicable. TREATMENT At the discretion of the therapy coordinator, all treatments are done in no specific order. WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU Clients are kindly requested to bring along their swimwear, underwear and boxers for gents. As all spa staff are female, gentlemen must note that nudity is (at all times) strictly forbidden. Stay-over guests are requested to bring along mosquito repellent as we are on the banks of the Vaal River and insects do sometimes occur depending on the weather.
