Payment may also be made by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) by calling 0800 335 595. The invoice for Skin Deep products will include courier charges except that a free courier service will apply where the value of an order exceeds $750. The purchaser acknowledges that right and title to the goods does not pass to the purchaser until all amounts owing have been paid to Skin Deep. The purchaser assents to Skin Deep registering a security interest on the Personal Properties Securities Register to create a security interest in the goods in favour of Skin Deep. The purchaser irrevocably authorises any person or company to provide Skin Deep with such information as Skin Deep may require in response to its credit enquiries. If Skin Deep does supply goods to a purchaser prior to payment, the purchaser undertakes to pay the account in full within seven days of the date of the invoice, (unless prior arrangements have been made in writing with Skin Deep). Skin Deep encourages you to communicate should there be circumstances that prevent you from fulfilling your payment obligation. A late payment interest rate of 2.5% per month will be added to overdue accounts. If the purchaser is in default in making payment it/they will be liable for any debt recovery costs and/or legal fees. Late payment will result in "stop credit" and no further goods will be supplied until the account including interest and costs) is fully paid up. Skin Deep marketing information and logos can only be used after obtaining prior approval in writing from Skin Deep.
