Pricing Prices include 40% care and maintenance (C&M)) on casket & cremation graves, and 15% C&M on columbarium niches. Prices shown do not include HST. Memorialization The size, quantity and description of memorialization (flat memorial, upright monument or other) will be as per the cemetery by-laws or price list at the time of memorialization purchase. All niche / columbarium memorials must be purchased from the cemetery office. Please inquire as to the specific memorialization requirements of each niche. Number of Burials Unless otherwise indicated on the interment rights certificate, the following guidelines shall be used to determine the maximum number of burials in any given grave. Upon the written authorization of the Cemetery, & subject to the availability of space additional interment rights may be granted for the interment of a child or grandchild under the age of twenty five (25) or an infirm dependent of any interment rights holder. Traditional Grave Single Depth (flat memorial or upright monument) One (1) casket burial & two (2) cremation burials or three (3) cremation burials. Single Cremation Grave One (1) cremation burial. Traditional Grave Extra Depth (flat memorial or upright monument) Two (2) casket burials & two (2) cremation burials or four (4) cremation burials. Double Cremation Grave Two (2) cremation burials. Upright / Flat Memorial Cremation Grave Four (4) cremation burials. Columbarium Niche Two (2) entombments (niche burials), based on appropriate urn sizes. Custom Cremation Products The number of cremation burials will be determined by the size, type or nature of product purchased & as shown on the contract & interment right certificate. Foundation Installations Due to factors beyond our control, foundation installation timelines will not be guaranteed. Generally, foundations will be installed between May 1 st & October 31 st, weather permitting. For orders received between May 1 st & September 1 st, please allow 8 weeks for installation upon receipt of payment in full. Orders received between September 2 nd & April 30 th, will not be guaranteed until the last Friday in June following receipt of payment in full. Niche & Flat Memorial Setting (Installation) Due to factors beyond our control, memorial installation timelines will not be guaranteed. Generally, memorials will be installed between May 1 st & October 31 st, weather permitting. For memorials delivered between May 1 st & October 1 st, please allow 2 4 weeks for installation. Niche memorials arriving between October 2 nd & April 30t h will be installed as soon as practical.
