ALPHA BETA A fruit acids peel to resurface and improve the appearance of ageing, hyper-pigmented and congested skin A course of 6 weekly consecutive treatments is recommended. Approx. 1hour 1. Ensure client is warm and comfortable. Secure hair off the face. Using fresh cotton pad for each eye, remove eye make-up with LUSH eye make-up remover. Ask the client to close the eyes, relax and take three deep breaths. 2. Starting just above the chest area, cleanse the entire face, neck and décolletage with appropriate cleanser. Use FRUIT+CREAM for normal to combination skin, CENSOR for dry and dehydrated, SERENE for sensitive and ACTION CLEAR for congested skin. Remove cleanser with damp sponges or warm compresses. 3. Balance the skin with PRISTINE phyto-gentle purifying toner. Apply a small amount of FOCUS eye contour treatment around eye contour area. Cover the eyes with moistened cotton pads. 4. Using a jumbo cotton bud apply a thin layer of an appropriate ALPHA BETA skin renewal system over entire face. Work quickly. Start with jaw line, chin, forehead, T-zone and then cheeks. Avoid corners of nose, eye contour, lips and couperose area if present. If décolletage is part of the treatment, apply to this area last. Avoid re-applying on areas already covered. 5. Using fingertips apply CENTELLA soothing balm over entire face, neck and décolletage if part of the treatment. Gently pat in until completely absorbed. 8. Hold them in this massage in this position for thirty second. Encourage client to take a deep breath and inhale the aromatic air from your hands. Ask client to close the eyes, take three deep breaths and relax. 2. Remove eye make-up if present with LUSH eye make-up remover. Cleanse the entire face and neck area with SERENE ultra mild creamy cleanser. Apply warm aromatic compress for 2-3 minutes. 3. Apply BUFF daily gentle skin polishing scrub with very gentle circular movements. Remove and gently rinse all traces of exfoliation. Gently pat skin dry. Balance the skin with PRISTINE purifying toner. 4. Apply a small amount of FOCUS eye contour treatment around eye contour area. 5. Apply a small amount of ZEN relaxing massage lotion into the palms of the hand. Press the palms to the cheeks, count to three and quickly release. Keeping the hands in the same position gently move them over the cheeks three times clockwise and three times anticlockwise. 6. Clench both hands in a hollow fist and use the thumbs to press firmly to the temples. 7. Use the thumb and index finger pinch, lift, hold and quickly release bridge of nose. 8. Using the index and middle fingers gently press the bone below the eyebrows. Work from the centre out to the sides. Repeat. Using the same fingers and technique gently press the bones underneath the eye. Repeat. 9. With clients eyes shut, very lightly press the tips of the index and middle fingers to the front of the eyeballs. Count to three and quickly release. Repeat. 10. Apply a small amount of ZEN massage lotion into the palms of the hand and rub the palms again until they become warm. Using four fingers press firmly on the corner of the jaw. Using a circular motion, massage this points. 11. Sweep the ears gently downwards from top to bottom. Repeat. Gently rub earlobes and pull them downwards. Rub the palms until they become warm and place on the back of the neck. 12. Apply a drop of diluted PURE SERENITY essential oil into the palm of the hand. Rub the palms of the hands till they become warm then sweep palms over the whole face three times. Apply hot aromatic compress. 13. Finish treatment by applying RELAXENE BX bio-relaxing balm and misting face with CHI aromatherapy tonic. CLEAN & CLEAR Decongesting and clarifying facial for oily, congested, breakout prone skin A course of 6-8 weekly consecutive treatments is recommended. Thereafter, monthly treatments to maintain skin in clear condition in conjunction with a strict daily home care routine. Approx. 45 minutes 1. Ensure client is warm and comfortable. Secure hair off the face. Using fresh cotton pad for each eye, remove eye make-up with LUSH eye make-up remover. Apply few drops of PURE SERENITY essential oil to hot moist towels. Apply a drop of diluted PURE SERENITY essential oil into palms of your hands. Rub the palms together till they became warm and give client opportunity to inhale essential oils. Ask client to close the eyes, relax and take three deep breaths. 2. Starting just above the chest area, cleanse the entire face, neck and décolletage with ACTION CLEAR oil control clarifying skin wash. Apply a cleanser with wet hands and add some tepid water to create lather. Use gentle circular motion over all treated areas. Remove with sponges and tepid water. If the skin is very oily, a second cleanse is recommended. Remove cleanser with warm aromatic towel. 3. Cover eyes with moistened eye-pads. Apply vapour zone for 10-15 minutes to warm-up skin and open pores. 4. Apply a generous amount of BUFF daily gentle skin polishing scrub with wet hands. Avoid eye contour area. Gently massage in circular motion for 2-5 minutes. Remove with tepid water and sponges. Pat skin dry and apply negative galvanic current for 2-3 minutes. Perform any necessary extractions. 5. Balance the skin with PRISTINE phyto-gentle purifying toner. Use high frequency to disinfect areas with follicular extractions. Hold them in this massage in this position for a couple of minutes. 7. Using the thumb and index fingers gently pinch moving one finger width outwards. Repeat. 8. Gently massage under the eyebrow in zigzag fashion using the middle finger and fixing on temple. Repeat three times. Using the same movement massage crow s feet area. 9. Using the index and middle fingers gently press the bone below the eyebrows. Work from the centre out to the sides moving one finger width at a time. Repeat three times. 10. Using the same fingers and technique gently press the bones underneath the eye. Repeat three times. 11. With clients eyes shut, very lightly press the tips of the index and middle fingers to the front of the eyeballs. Count to three and quickly release. Repeat three times. 12. Cover eyes with moistened eye-pads, followed with folded tissue. Place herbal pillow over the eyes. Keep the pillow in the fridge and apply it cold to intensify relaxing effect. Alternatively moisten two cotton pads with chilled purified water, squeeze excess liquid and place cotton pads over the eyes. Leave client to relax for 10-15 minutes. After this time, remove herbal pillow, tissues and eye-pads. Apply warm aromatic towel. 13. Apply FOCUS eye contour treatment over entire eye area. Gently massage in. 14. Finish this treatment by sweeping the palms of hands over the whole face three times and misting entire face CHI aromatherapy revitalising tonic.
