With being a very busy Spa we would advise residents and guests to please book early to avoid disappointment. Please note that a 50% deposit is required to confirm appointments (group bookings shall be treated as one appointment). As a busy and professional salon we request that you inform us as soon as possible of any necessary changes to your appointment schedule. We shall, of course, do our utmost to accommodate any appointment changes requested. The Spa must, however, operate a cancellation policy. Changes or cancellations notified within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge. Changes or cancellations notified within 24 hours of appointment will incur a full charge. No shows will also incur a full charge. Spa treatments are only available to persons over the age of 17 years. Spray tan, nail bar and make-up applications are available to those under the age limit. Disposable underwear is available on request for all body treatments. The Country Club offers full facilities to Spa clients (additional fee of 5.00 per person). This is only available to clients of the Spa only. Robes and slippers are provided for Spa treatments on arrival to the Spa area. Robes are for Clients to use in the Spa area only. Clients using the Beauty Room are unable to use the Relaxation room. Please keep the noise level to a imum for the peace and relaxation of Spa clients. All mobile phones must be switched off at all times. Treatment rooms are wheelchair accessible. The Spa is not responsible for the loss of personal property.
