Overview The is the rental line of D s Party Designs & Graphics Services. In addition to rentals, we also provide day of coordination, partial and full planning services, invitations and save the dates, ceremony programs, place cards, etc as well as digital calligraphy. We are pleased to provide some of the ideas we have worked with and are excited to have the opportunity to intersperse these ideas with yours. All of the pricing (while subject to change, based on your needs) includes full set up the day of your event. There is never an additional fee, unless the contracted time for vendors to set up is abbreviated and additional help is needed to complete your job. Most events can be set up in 2-3 hours, depending on the nature of your centerpieces, linens, or chair covers/ sashes. Want to set them up yourself? The price is the same because we hand assemble each item for you with the utmost of care. We do charge a delivery and pick up fee depending on where your event is located; as well as a standard industry refundable damage deposit. The damage deposit is typically 20% of your order and is refunded within 7 business days by check once all items have been accounted for and returned in the same condition they were provided. If you hire us as your planner or day of coordinator, we waive the delivery/pick up fee. We always work with our clients to meet their budgets, cut costs where we can and eliminate the stress for you in the process. We help you spread your budget dollars farther. Once a client decides what they would like, D s Party Designs will generate a proposal showing all costs associated. We require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining 50% due 30 days out from your event. We accept all major credit cards, but must charge a 4% service fee to cover our costs. The remainder of our centerpiece rental line is category/level driven to give you some idea of our pricing structure. Send us a picture we can do it! Mirrors are available to rent for $2.00 each, and we can provide white or ivory votives (4) at a cost of $2.00 for the set, and we also offer flameless candles for those events that won t allow open flame pricing is based on size. Category B these range from $18-$25 each depending on need. Category C these range from $25-$40 each depending on need. 5

Chair Covers and Sashes We offer a variety of options as to chair covers and sashes. The pricing for most of our chair covers and sashes includes us tying the knot for you. As with the centerpiece rentals we do charge a delivery/pick up fee and damage deposit. Category 1CS Your choice of ivory, white, chocolate or black chair covers with organza, satin, or polyester sashes $4.75 each. Available colors: Periwinkle, Pink, Lt.Blue, White, Chocolate, Coral Orange, Black, Burgundy, Navy, Mauve, Gold, Ivory, Silver, Red, Turquoise, Fushia, Lavender, Purple, Royal Blue, Willow, Apple Green, Sage, Champagne, Yellow, Peach. Need a color we don t have we ll find it. Category 2CS Your choice of ivory, white, chocolate or black chair covers with sashes available in pintuck, crinkled taffeta, embroidered; damask, or animal print. $5.50 each. Contact us about our colors. Damask chair covers also available for slightly higher pricing. 7
