How To Order Team Vic Uniform Online Track & Field Team 10 years -12 years The track & field uniform shop will open for all team members on 3rd November and will close at midnight on 8th November. Due to the short turn around time between the SSV State Championships and the Pacific School Games Presentation Day on 26th November, all competition garments have been pre made, as there is insufficient time for any garments to be manufactured. Following the close of the shop, no further orders will be received. If all athletes order their uniforms within the shopping time frame, you will receive your garments within 7 days of the shop closing. Team officials we have opened the shop for you already. Please note we have a new uniform supplier for 2017 2020 and the design of apparel has changed. Players will be required to wear the new apparel. Please have your credit card ready to pay for purchases. Please follow the instructions below to ensure your ordering is straight forward. 1. Go to www.ssvapparel.com.au 2. Click on select my sport, drop down box select Track & Field compulsory and following that Track & Field optional. 3. Enter the password / code for Track & Field which is STREND20 (capitals no spaces) 4. Click on Track & Field compulsory. This screen displays all compulsory walk out and competition apparel. The track & Field optional site shows garments that are nice to have but not essential items. 5. Please note there are boys garments and girls garments listed. Ensure you select the correct garment. The sizing is quite different to previous suppliers. You will need a tape measure to know your chest, waist and hips measurements in cms. The garments are made based on body measurement. Once you know your correct chest size, refer to the attached S-Trend sizing chart to select your garment size. If your measurements are on the border of 2 sizes, make a choice as to whether your prefer a firm fit or a loose fit, by going up to the next size or staying with the smaller size. If you select eg a medium for your polo, you will also be a medium in all upper body garments. If you select a small in shorts, you will be a small in all lower body garments. 6. The compulsory walk out uniform you require includes: Team Vic track suit jacket, Team Vic track suit pants (either straight leg or tapered), team Vic navy polo shirt, Team Vic walk out shorts, Team Vic white socks (either crew or ankle), Team Vic cap, Team Vic bag or backpack (not both) Team Vic drink bottle.
7. Competition apparel for track & field includes several choices for men /boys and women/ girls. Please note the garment labelled Men s tights is in fact men s bike pants. There are no women s bike pants offered in the range. The picture of women s boy leg shorts is deceiving., however they are boy leg / crop shorts. Ensure you purchase a competition garment for the upper body and a competition garment for the lower body. You do not need every type of competition garment. The items below are compulsory.
The items below are optional nice to have but not essential. 8. To select a garment click on the garment to see a detailed version and the size options. Ensure you know your measurements (using a tape measure). Ensure you have referred to the S-Trend sizing chart in this document. Select the size appropriate for your measurements from drop down box and add to your cart. Be aware if you were in the team last year, the uniform has changed and the sizing is different to last year s sizing. 9. Continue selecting garments and adding to your cart. 10. If you have finished shopping, click link to checkout. If you have not finished purchasing items, click link at bottom of screen (highlighted in blue) and return to shop to continue. 11. If you wish to see what is in your cart, or go to checkout, click on the trolley. 12. Checkout should show you all garments you have order, the size ordered, the quantity ordered and the cost. 13. At checkout you will be asked to select from a drop down box the name of the team you are in. Select Track & Field. This will ensure the reports for checking will go to the correct team manager and not to another sport. 14. At this point you will be asked for your child s name (as some children have different surname name to parent details that will appear on credit card payment) Ensure you complete this.
15. Click box that says you have fill in both the child s name and the sport name. 16. Click on checkout 17. Enter all details for shipping. If you will not be home during the day (Mon-Fri 9-5pm) you may prefer to insert a work address for delivery. A delivery fee is automatically added to your invoice. Include all shopping on the same order to avoid a second delivery charge. Delivery is by DHL (or Aust Post in regional Victoria). If you are not home, a card with a contact phone number will be left in letter box. No garments will be left unattended. 18. Next screen will take you to the billing page. This is where you complete your credit card details. If you are satisfied that all garments on the summary page are correct, press submit and your credit card will be activated. 19. You will see a confirmation page (showing all items you have purchased). It will be emailed to your email address within a minute. If it is not there, check your trash in case your computer set up directed it there. Ensure you download this page, as it is your reference should you have need to contact S- Trend regarding a concern. A reminder to order carefully as no refund can be given on competition garments that are made to measure. Refunds / exchanges can occur on walk out apparel, if time permits. Reordering will attract an additional delivery charge. Time is crucial for this team. Re ordering of any garments may not arrive in time for departure to championships. Please order carefully. Due to the short time line, all track & field competition garments have been pre made and all garments, both walk out and competition will be forwarded to your home address, or address you provided as the delivery address. No competition garments will be sent to your team manager. You will receive an email and a tracking number from DHL when garments have left S-Trend factory in China and you should track the progress of your delivery to see when it is expected to arrive in Melbourne. Where any delivery has been delayed, S-Trend will make contact with you via phone or email. Delivery from China will take up to 7 working days from when shop closes on November 8 th. Orders placed after this date will not arrive in time for team photo day on November 20 th.
