Individual safety profile Adapt your fluorescent workwear to your company colours Fluorescent workwear has been designed for people that work in situations where visibility and safety is required. The fluorescent material is visible both in daylight and twilight, while the reflectors on the garments shine brightly at a long distance, for instance when they catch the beams from the headlights of a car. Now, EN471 Flex makes it possible to combine your very own colour profile of fluorescent workwear to suit your company s colours. Choose between 3 basic colours and 5 contrasting colours. EN471 Flex is also available for women and in up to five different leg lengths. This lends the clothes flexibility in every shape and size. Naturally, EN471 Flex has been EN-471 certified just like the rest of our fluorescent workwear. This warrants high visibility in many different situations. EN471 Flex 3
Flexibility for both men and women In general, workwear has traditionally been made for men; and, previously, women had to make do with men s wear in small sizes. Until now. for men, and women s styles for women. Based on different measurement charts and size designations. Several leg lengths EN471 Flex has added more leg-lengths, and thus the certification for each individual style will be complied with regardless of individual size. EN471 Flex fluorescent workwear will always be of a perfect fit. We are as conscientious with fit as we are with the quality of our fabrics, reflective material and needlework. Ordering You have 15 different colour combinations for each style and up to 70 different sizes and fits to choose between. All we need is a little time for the manufacturing. We aim at a 5 week delivery from receipt of order. Please note our minimum requirement of garments of each model, size and colour combination and that it is only possible to place an even number of each model, size and colour combination. EN471 a standard for safety EN471 is a European standard that stipulates requirements regarding the visibility when working in areas with heavy traffic without effective separation from the moving traffic. This concerns examples such as airports, transport centres and railway tracks. The standard has been divided into three classes with different requirements to the size of the area with fluorescent material and the area with reflectors. Class 1 is exclusively for visitors, and they should always have an escort. Class may be worn by supervisors overseeing the work. Class 3 must be worn by everyone working permanently on assignments in areas without separation from moving traffic. Class 3 workwear can be worn with other workwear not meeting the requirements of the EN471 standard as long as the Class 3 workwear remains uncovered. Class 1 and class workwear can frequently be combined to achieve class-3- workwear status. pieces are worn together. The pieces of the suit must be overlaid with visible, fluorescent material at a minimum of 0.80 m in all in order to comply with class 3.
