The Generation U th Event/ Party Plan The flow of this agenda will be approximately 2-2.5 hours based on number of attendees, tools (with Glow Vista Machine) and PowerPoint presentation selected. Step1Pre-Event/Planning Discuss/plan your agenda and goals, assign specific tasks and follow up. Discuss with co-host/hostess and plan your date, time and location. Arrange enough time in advance to successfully plan your event (minimum 4 weeks is suggested). Discuss with your co-host/hostess and plan a theme, room layout (tables/chairs) and design. See images below (note picture without Glow Vista Machine). Mail your invitations, send emails (suggest creating an event flyer to attach), make phone calls and follow up for RSVP. Order MPM/print marketing materials: Ū thtm Guidebook/infographic, sign-in sheet, survey cards, order sheets, sign-up information, Ū th Presentation bags, Glow Vista release form, Glow Vista skin assessment chart and your business cards. Order products (Generation Ū th Pack, Emprizone TM, FIRM Body Crème, Ambrotose TM, Ambrotose AO and Omega-3 with Vitamin D 3 ) for sampling/trial and prizes. Purchase any room decorations and front display table items (have mirrors if available), including Ū th presentation bags. A separate table for Glow Vista Machine near an outlet is suggested (if utilizing). Pictures: print any before and after pictures you may want to display on tables, front display table or near the Glow Vista Machine. Video: upload any videos required (Introduction to Ū th, Science of Ū th with Dr. Kassir, Ū th Before & After Loop, How to Take a Selfie and the Ū th Meeting PowerPoint) found on Mannatech s Resource Library, under Ū th Resources. Be sure you have a laptop and appropriate audio/screens to show the PowerPoint and videos. Download Ū th ipad App to your phone if it s an Apple product.

Step2The Opening Welcome guests, thank co-host/hostess, ask all to please sign in on your signin sheet, introduce yourself, introduce the company and tell YOUR story (great if you have the ability to have a screen going or a laptop with the video loop of before and after images prior to meeting start). Example: Good evening. I would like to thank you all for being here and I d like to give a big thanks to XXX for co-hosting this evening s event, and for being so supportive of me. Thank upline/downline. Tonight I am going share something with you that I am so excited about and that has made a huge difference in my life. I will be introducing you to a skin care system that is nothing short of amazing! Manantech is a health and wellness company that has been doing business since 1994. That s more than 20 years! We currently do business in over 24 countries and we have more than 120 worldwide patents and counting. I am going to share MY story with you on how I got involved with Mannatech and why I am so passionate about sharing it with everyone! I am also going to share with you what becoming an Associate at Mannatech can do for YOU! One example of a story below. Be sure to tell your unique story. I have had the opportunity to see, firsthand, several profound examples of the wonderful qualities of this crème. And because of that, about 5 months ago I decided that I was going to do this and share what I have seen with everyone and anyone that will listen, and tonight that s you. Step2B: Introduce the Generation Ū th System (play the Generation Ū th 1 minute introduction video) OR

Step2C: Use the Extended Ū th PowerPoint explaining in more detail about Ū th Science, more before and after images, and our M5M SM Foundation story (this will add approximately 20 minutes to your presentation). Example of Language: The Generation Ū th system consists of three great products, with three simple steps. The system is the perfect fusion of science and nature with a holistic approach to healthy, youthful-looking skin. The three products, Facial Cleanser, Skin Rejuvenation Crème and Moisturizer work together to cleanse, revive and moisturize the skin. Step 1 - Cleanse the skin to remove dirt and irritants. Step 2 - Revive to support radiant, brighter skin and help restore the skin s youthful appearance. Step 3 - Moisturize to keep the skin supple. Use these products together to reap the maximum benefits and enhance the age-defying process. Side note: Depending on your audience, you may add any of the following up-selling opportunities: Great skin starts from the inside, so this is a good time to tell everyone about the products that promote skin health on the inside as well: Ambrotose, AO, and Omega-3. Have information on these products with you if you generate interest. Also, discuss Emprizone and Firm Body Crème as part of a complete skin care program. The Science of Step3Generation Ū th Play The Science of Ū th video (Dr. Kassir) and play one of the 10-minute timelapse Before and After Videos (3 to choose from showing results in 10 minutes) But, be sure to stress Results may vary on time. We do NOT stress fast time, but results can be evident and do vary. The Generation U th Skincare System is designed to show the best results over a longer period of time. If utilizing Glow Vista Machine for guest images, follow here. If not, skip to Step 4. Invite guests to the table where your Glow Vista Machine is located (have a chair provided) and explain what they will experience (e.g., short bright black light that is very safe; it will show colors on their image to explain their different skin types and conditions (refer to your Glow Vista User Guide and show guest the Color Analysis sheet as referencing color.)

Have the guest sign a Glow Vista release form. Invite guest inside machine and ask them to sit as far forward inside machine as possible. Reference your Skin Assessment chart for each guest and explain colors you see (Invite them to take a photo with their phone inside of machineno flash). Exit machine and ask each guest what they currently use for their skin care and address how Generation Ū th products will help address these concerns. Sample the Step4Skin Rejuvenation Crème (Note: having a mirror on each table is great) Be sure you have ordered a Ū th sample box, or have full-size product to use as a sample. Speak: At this point I would like for everyone to try the Ū th Skin Rejuvenation Crème. Pass around the samples and talk a bit about the botanical ingredients and why our system works so well. Refer to science video and emphasize paraben free, gluten free and 9 actives. This is a great time to explain what parabens are and why they re not safe in our products. Synthetic additives preserve shelf life. Speak again on all three Generation Ū th products as you walk around and observe guests applying product. Explain that the sample can be applied over makeup. Have them take note of the time (watch for 10 minutes with changes). But, make note that results do vary. You may also suggest they apply to each other, or apply in the restroom if mirrors are not on the tables. Ūth Facial Cleanser This is a natural exfoliate that contains milled grape seed and sunflower seed oil for long-lasting skin moisture and conditioning.
