All Fruit facilities are fully WRAP certified (an independent world organisation that ensures lawful, humane and ethical manufacturing) and our own Moroccan plant has achieved a Gold Certificate of Compliance. We only use ethically-produced yarn and all our garments are independently Oeko-Tex Standard 100 approved. This approval certifies that they contain absolutely no substances that are harmful to humans or the environment. We believe in fair trade and are members of the Foreign Trade Association (FTA). FTA is the leading business association of global commerce that promotes the values of international trade and sustainable supply chains and improves the political and legal framework for trade in a sustainable way. FTA provides the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) to support companies to improve working conditions in factories and farms where they source from.
Our Moroccan plant includes its own watertreatment facility that recycles up to 60% of the water we use, returning it to the river cleaner than when it arrived. As a result of this, the river bed has completely regenerated and is once again alive with fish and wildlife. Our ethical and environmental credentials are industry-leading.
