Enter the code and you will be directed to the award collection to place your order. To place your order on the phone, call the PG&E Service Award Center at 1-800-385-3139. The center is open from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. The Customer Care Representative will request your 16-digit gift code that was supplied in your program materials. If you have lost your gift code, please contact the PG&E Service Awards Center at 1-800-385-3139 or send an email request to pgeawards@biworldwide.com. An email message with your link will be sent to you. In the event any item in this anniversary collection is discontinued, an item of similar value and quality will be offered.
