Innovative tests of products Cosmetics and pharmaceutical products are tested in our laboratory according to requirements of European Pharmacopoeia. OCEANIC S.A. participation in working groups Oceanic S.A. participates in meetings of legislative working group of The Polish Union of Cosmetics Industry (a member of Cosmetics Europe, previously COLIPA) and takes part in creation and modification of ISO guidelines and European Union legal acts. Polish Union of Cosmetics introduces knowledge about the European Union legislation to the polish cosmetic market and supports it with information about all changes plannedin the European regulation.
The production of cosmetics We have long-term and well-established experience in manufacturing of almost every formulation and type of skin care cosmetics. The Department of Cosmetic Production is based on modern production lines which are usedforproductionofbulkproductaswellas for packaging the product in individual containers. The Department of Cosmetic Production in OCEANIC meets the requirements of PN - EN ISO 22716:2009 standard (Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Guidelines on Good Manufacturing Practices). In October our company will complete the certification process and obtain the GMP certificate.
The production of cosmetics Semi-solid products (creams, gels, body butters, peelings, masks, elixirs, concentrates, conditioners, lotions) are manufactured with the use of 3 dedicated technological lines. Crucial homogenizing mixers which meet the highest production standards are originated from German supplier VAKUMIX, the leading company in the area of cosmetics technology. Other pieces of equipment are supplied from one of the best national producers- KATES. The production of liquid formulations (tonics, fluids, wash gels, oils, antiperspirants, emulsions, cosmetic waters, liquid soaps) takes place in automated technological lines which are operated by numeric system of process parameters control. The packaging of bulk product in individual containers takes place with the use of automated packaging lines METAX, DUX, AXOMATIC and NORDEN. The total daily yield allows for production of 100 000 products in bottles, 36 000 products in jars, 135 000 products in tubes (plastic or aluminum) as well as 90 000 products in sachets.
The modern HIGH STORAGE WAREHOUSE for finished products has an area of 3100 m 2 and working height up to the 8.1 m. The work of warehouse is administrated by WM module whichisthepartofsapsystem. The warehouse allows to store above 4000 pallets containing finished products, marketing articles and others. THE EFFICIENT SUPPLY CHAIN In cooperation with leading logistics companies we are able to provide our customers with 24h warranty of supplies across the country. The estimated effectiveness of supplies is 97.3%. Efficient logistic solutions allow the customer to track the consignment on every step of delivery.
