The live cattle will not be in the room that night. Most of the cattle will be housed with the other Braunvieh show cattle in the American Royal cattle stalls. A few lots of the sale offering will not be in Kansas City and can be transported from the consignor s location to the new buyer. Terms are cash or check with proper I.D. Settlement must be made on the cattle prior to loading or delivery. Cattle purchased via telephone or mail order must be paid in full within 10 days of the sale before delivery. Cattle will be sold to the highest bidder with any and all disputes settled by the auctioneer. Health: All cattle will be accompanied by proper health certificates for immediate interstate shipment. Insurance: All animals become the property of the purchaser and will be at purchaser s risk at the time of sale. Livestock Mortality Insurance will be available should buyers wish to purchase it. Delivery: Consignors will work to accommodate buyers with their trucking needs. Liability: All persons attending this sale and related functions do so at their own risk.
