If these options don t work for you: Bay City residents with city trash removal: Put sharps into an empty, heavy duty plastic laundry detergent bottle with a screw lid, DO NOT USE A RED SHARPS CONTAINER. When the container is full, secure the lid with duct or packing tape and place the container into a trash bag for pick up with your regular trash. DO NOT RECYCLE
