Our two treatment rooms can be booked in tandem, so if spending the day with a friend, as a couple or as part of a small group, you ll be left with time between treatments to spend with each other. All Pamper Days and Pamper Breaks include unlimited use of our indoor heated swimming pool and adjoining spa bath, sauna, steam room and gym, plus a fluffy robe and slippers for your added comfort. DEFINITIVE TREATMENTS BACK, NECK & SHOULDER MASSAGE 30 minutes - 30 Loosens the muscles in the back and shoulders of existing tension, allowing your body to unwind and relinquish stiffness, whilst promoting deep relaxation. By speeding up circulation over a wide area of the body, fresher, oxygenated blood will nourish the tissues, relieving aches and aiding tissue repair and recovery. FULL BODY MASSAGE 60 minutes - 55 Helps to soothe and relieve muscles with the aim of releasing deep tension within the body and relaxing muscles fibres. MINI FACIAL 30 minutes - 30 Ideal for those on the go. Your skin is cleansed, lightly exfoliated and gently massaged. A mask is then applied, followed by a veil of light moisturiser.
