TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please arrive 15 min prior to your treatment and complete applicable forms, in order for you to receive the best possible treatment. For late arrivals treatment duration will be reduced. Please remove your contact lenses before each treatment. Please leave jewellery in the locker. Allow sufficient time for digestion of food before you have a treatment. Consumption of alcohol is strictly forbidden before treatments. Please inform your therapist if you know or suspect that you are pregnant, have skin allergies or have any medical conditions e.g high blood pressure. All mobile devices must be switched off when entering the Spa and left in the locker. We are not liable for damages or injuries or loss of personal possessions. No children under the age of 16 years will be allowed to have treatments unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardian. Children under the age of 10 years are unfortunately not allowed in the Spa. PAYMENT We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards as well as cash. We do not accept cheques. 50% deposit is required on all treatments. All deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled 7 days in advance. CANCELLATION POLICY Six hours advance notice is required for cancellations after which 50% of the value of the treatments will be charged. Where a deposit has been paid the booking will be rescheduled for a later date or a gift voucher will be issued instead. All deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled 7 days in advance. GIFT VOUCHERS Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months of issue date. On arrival at La Plume Spa please present your voucher, as treatments cannot commence without a valid voucher number. In the event of a client arriving late for bookings, the therapist will attempt to provide as many of the treatments as possible, in the remaining allocated time. We can not and will not inconvenience our next client. No shows vouchers will be deemed serviced and cancelled.
