And every day brings new challenges. We want to help you by making a decisive contribution to a key factor: Your own safety. For a long time now, employees at power suppliers, in the oil and gas industries and in many other industrial sectors have been familiar with our WORKWEAR as a synonym for the highest standards of function and safety, while remaining comfortable to wear. And each day we do everything in our power to keep improving it. To face any challenge. 02 03
Your Mission: To answer your calling with all that you have, Our Mission: To provide you with the optimum equipment. Problems need solutions. Tasks need people to tackle them. That's your job. And it takes all you've got. No less from your work clothes, either. If you can't fall back on every detail one hundred percent, you will fall. That's why TEXPORT doesn't do compromise. High tech materials, subjected to the most rigorous of stress testing, to deliver protection and guarantee comfort. Materials and features that provide ease of movement and ensure safety. From time to time, all our wishes are fulfilled. In its superlight structure, TEXPORT offers one of the lightest clothing materials to satisfy arc flash Class 2. Despite its lightweight material, the unique superlight lining delivers ideal comfort and the highest standards of protection. Ergopad by TEXPORT is a padded, ergonomically preformed knee pad that fits snug into the knee in any position and prevents pressure points. Heavily flame retardant, it differs from aramid nonwovens in preventing excessive water absorption, ensuring the trousers dry much faster after washing. 04 05
Material compositions TEXPORT has several material compositions up its sleeve for the multi-standard Flash and Arc clothing lines. Until now, the heavy material required to comply with arc flash Class 2 has meant bulky clothing that automatically reduced comfort and ergonomics. And this is precisely why we developed our material composition "Superlight". A special combination of modacrylic cotton outer material and this exclusive "superlight" material provides for the stringent protective function required in the Arc and Flash lines (certified according to EN 61482-1-2:2007 Class 2). The low material weight of the components used in this combination yields a massive reduction in the overall clothing weight. The special lining creates an air block, producing unbeatable insulation properties. So with this modacrylic cotton outer material, we provide the lightest arc flash Class 2 structure available on the market today. We also offer a Nomex structure as an alternative in the Flash series. This innovative structure draws on a Nomex double weave with a special construction. In it the outer material is an Ibena patent that presents a lower weight than standard outer materials made of Nomex. It also incorporates a Nomex lining. This Nomex structure combines all the known benefits of this fibre with an excellent advantage in weight. Further, the Flash and Arc series are available in a Basic structure, which consists of a double modacrylic cotton layer (outer material and lining) and also satisfies arc flash Class 2. Weight savings in the Superlight structure compared with standard mod/cotton compositions: 25 % Weight savings in the Ibena-Arc structure compared with standard Nomex compositions: 23 % SUPERLIGHT STRUCTURE BASIC STRUCTURE NOMEX STRUCTURE with Ibena-Arc Outer material Modacrylic/cotton Modacrylic/cotton Nomex Ibena Arc Lining Superlight lining Modacrylic/cotton Nomex /viscose FR Weight 415 g 550 g 410 g In the new multi-standard clothing series Flash and Arc, TEXPORT is bringing a breath of fresh air to the field of protective workwear: Despite the astonishingly low weight and high comfort, this clothing still satisfies all requirements of arc flash Class 2. Modern colour combinations additionally lend the series a fashionable touch. Flash & Arc 06 07

Standards To ensure that our TEXPORT multi-standard clothing offers suitable protection whatever the risk may be, we ensure at all times that it is subjected to the most rigorous quality testing and pay strict attention to just the right certification. Certification of the multi-standard clothing takes place according to the following standards: A Vision Precedes Every Mission. Protective clothing electrostatic properties: Performance requirements for electrostatically conductive protective clothing to prevent combustible discharges. EN 1149-5:2008 HiVis protective clothing: Protective clothing intended to visually demonstrate the presence of the wearer under all possible daytime light conditions (background material provides daytime visibility) and when illuminated by headlamps in the dark (reflective material provides nighttime visibility). EN 471:2003+A1:2007 Clothing to protect against heat and flames: The standard defines the performance requirements for materials, material combinations and protective clothing exposed to limited flame propagation in order to restrict the possibility that the clothing catches fire and hence becomes a hazard itself. The clothing is manufactured using flame-retardant material. Its use is intended at all workplaces at which there is a risk of combustion. The index of limited flame propagation, classified as 1, 2 or 3 (tested according to EN 15025:2000, method A), must be stated as the reference of thermal performance. The index for material combinations must be at least 2 or 3 for the innermost layer. EN ISO 14116:2008 For TEXPORT, it all began with a vision: Company founder Otmar Schneider wanted to develop high tech protective clothing rugged enough to cope with extreme situations yet dedicated to the principles of functionality and practicality. In just a few years, TEXPORT grew to 60 employees in Salzburg plus roughly 380 seamsters in Macedonia and Bulgaria. Today our sales team markets throughout Europe the products we develop and manufacture. TEXPORT leads the market in Austria, is the dominant force in the relevant German manufacturing sector and continues to grow, as evidenced in the contracts to outfit the fire departments in Madrid or Rio de Janeiro. Protective clothing against liquid chemicals: This standard defines the minimum requirements placed on protective clothing against chemicals with limited protective effects, including reusable protective clothing. This protective clothing is suitable for use in situations of possible exposure to light chemical spray, liquid aerosols or the incidence of low-pressure splashing that do not require a comprehensive barrier against liquid permeation (on a molecular level). EN ISO 13034:2005+A1:2009 Protective clothing against welding and related procedures: Worker protection during welding and related procedures with comparable risks. The protective clothing is intended to protect the wearer against weld spatter (small splashes of molten metal), brief contact with flames and radiant heat from the arc. EN ISO 11611:2007 Clothing to protect against heat and flames: The clothing is designed for a wide range of uses, protecting wearers against direct flame impingement (Code A), convective heat (Code B), radiant heat (Code C), molten metal spatter (Code D/E) or contact heat (Code F). The clothing is manufactured using flame-retardant material. Its use is intended at all workplaces at which there is a risk of combustion. EN ISO 11612:2008 Working under tension protective clothing against the dangers of electrical arcs: Thermal protection when exposed to arcs: Test method for textile surfaces and products intended for use as flame-retardant protective clothing when exposed to the thermal risks of electrical arc flashing: There are two protective classes: 4 ka (or Class 1, weaker) 7 ka (or Class 2, stronger) EN ISO 61482-1-2:2007 Our Service: Always at Your Disposal Finding the ideal product solution will always call for a detailed consulting meeting to clarify all of your requirements and wishes.
