Loaner Program All Authorized Retailers in good standing with our company are eligible to take part in our Loaner Program. The terms and conditions for the Loaner Program are as follows for all our collections: There is no charge for loaner dresses. As the retailer, you are responsible for paying ground shipping to and from your company. Shipping will be charged to your credit card. You are limited to three (3) gowns at a time. Loaner dresses must be shipped back to Sydney s Closet within five (5) business days of receipt. A late fee of $50.00 will be charged to your credit card for dresses not shipped back within five business days. All dresses must be returned in excellent condition with the original hanger, tags and accessories such as shawls, extra beads, and straps. Please make sure to return the dress in a plastic garment bag. A cleaning charge will be assessed if the dress is returned dirty. If the dress is returned damaged, you will be charged for repair. If the dress is lost or damaged beyond repair, you will be charged the full wholesale price of the dress. When the customer is not obligated they are more likely to buy it!!
