ACID REPLACEMENT CLEANER REMOVES CALCIUM DEPOSITS Acid Replacement Cleaner is a very powerful cleaning product that is completely safe and easy to use. This product replaces acids and acid blend cleaners to take care of a large variety of cleaning and maintenance problems. It is acid free, 100% biodegradable, non-toxic, safe, for the environment, non-corrosive, non-flammable and user friendly. Removes calcium deposits, soap scum, lime build-up, mildew, grease and other difficult soils. ACRYLIC URETHANE SEALER WATER-BASED RESIN Acrylic Urethane Sealer is a water-borne, heavy-duty seal and finish, manufactured for use on interior concrete floors. It is based on a unique, urethane fortifi ed, thermoplastic resin. Acrylic Urethane Sealer provides a level of durability and resistance previously unattainable in an aqueous seal. This product applies easily and dries to recoat in an hour or less under normal conditions. ADHESIVE SPRAY AEROSOL TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT For temporary or permanent bonding of materials. It will bond urethane foams, foam rubber, leather, paper, cardboard, cloth, Mylar, foil acetate sheets, glass and certain plastics. AIRCRAFT CLEANER REDUCE MAINTENANCE COST The only aircraft detergent with positive emulsion an emulsion so strong, oil will not redeposit (will not settle on the surface before the job is finished), thus leaving a full fi nish after washing. It cuts through exterior grime without dulling the fi nish. ALUMINUM SPRAYCAB NO-FOAM COMPOUND This non-foaming, spray washer compound is designed for all non-ferrous metals, aluminum and other soft metals. This product reduces cleaning and changing of spraycab solution. It contains a special rust inhibitor to protect parts and equipment and may be used in hot vats or re-circulating spray wash units. This very concentrated compound requires only ½ pound per gallon of water. ASPHALT RELEASE (SLIDE OUT) ORGANIC LUBRICANTS Brody Chemical s Slide Out (Asphalt Release) is a product specifically developed for the asphalt industry. It is a blend of natural, completely biodegradable products that, when combined in a specially designed formula, works. It works extraordinarily well to prevent asphalt or any tar based product from sticking to metal. Slide Out contains no VOC s (volatile organic compounds). 3

AUTOMATIC SCRUBBER CONTROLLED SUDS CLEANER This non-butyl, heavy-duty cleaner contains special properties, allowing for deep penetrating and emulsifying action. These ingredients suspend debris in solution so it is rinsed away rather than being redeposited on cleaned surfaces. Automatic Scrubber dissolves grease and dirt by positive emulsion; oils, dirt and greases are actually emulsified into the water, resulting in more thorough cleaning and no ring-around the wash tank. BIO-DEGREASER 100% BIODEGRADABLE Bio-Degreaser is an organic blend of biodegradable degreasers, surfactants, wetting agents and emulsifiers. This product can be used to dissolve grease, asphalt, tar and other stubborn soils. Bio-Degreaser cleans better than diesel fuel or other petroleum distillates and is 100% biodegradable. This product has been formulated with used animal fats, grease and cooking oils. Environmentally safe. BMF ASPHALT RELEASE AGENT ASPHALT RELEASE AGENT This product is specifically developed for the asphalt industry. It is a blend of natural, completely biodegradable products that when combined in a specially designed formula, works extraordinarily well to prevent asphalt or tar product from sticking to metal. This product contains no VOC S. Use on transportation vehicles such as dump trucks, dump trailers, flow-boys, live bottom trailers, and hopper trailers. This product may be used on paving equipment such as Rubber Tire Rollers, Pavers and Material Transfer Devices such as the Roadtec (MTV- 1000C, SB-1500C, SB-2500B, SB2500C), Blaw-Knox MC-330, Cedarrapids, Mat Smoothness Machines (MS-2, MS-3 and MS-4) and CR662RM roadmix machine and the CAT BG-650B Windrow Elevator spreaders. CHAIN AND CABLE LUBE AEROSOL CONTAINS MOLY AND PTFE This product is an outstanding, full-service, multiple application, chain and cable lubricant. Fortified with both molybdenum disulfide and PTFE, this formula provides superior lubricity, protection and longevity. Use this product on chains, cables, wire ropes, sprockets, drive chains, hoist chains, drag chains, and conveyor chains to prevent metal-to-metal contact and reduce friction, heat, stress, and wear during operation. CITRA SAFE TWO-STEP SYSTEM Our product is a synergistic blend of surfactants, emulsifying agents, chelating agents and acids. This product is designed for fast and effective removal of road film, oxidation and corrosion from aluminum, stainless steel, brass, steel, copper and painted surfaces. Without the use of Hydroflouric Acid this product requires no scrubbing, buffing or polishing - quick chemical action penetrates and removes road film, calcium (water) deposits and diesel smoke deposits from aluminum trailers, trucks and cars in just 2-3 minutes. Apply this product with acid proof equipment. Do not allow solution to dry on surface. This product should be used as the first step of a 2-step system. 4

CITRUS CLEANER ECONOMICAL DEGREASER This product is a heavy-duty, water-soluble, citrus-based cleaner and degreaser. It is safe and effective on all washable surfaces. Citrus Cleaner is ideal for removing soils such as grease, ink, mildew, oil and wax. It also contains a rust inhibitor to retard corrosion of metals. It is non-combustible, contains no hazardous ingredients, and gives off no dangerous fumes. This product is a true deodorizing cleaner and is an excellent choice for tires, floors, carpets, upholstery and shop tools. CITRUS DEGREASER ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE Ideal uses for this product include degreasing concrete floors, equipment, trucks, motors and metal surfaces. This product will remove most resins, adhesives, printing inks, decals, rubber tire marks, tar, asphalt and any other soils that can be removed by conventional solvent-based degreasers. This natural, citrus-based degreaser is excellent for taking Cosmoline off new car bumpers. CITRUS DEGREASER SUPER EXTRA STRENGTH Citrus Degreaser Super was specifically formulated to meet and exceed today s most demanding tests for efficiency and safety. This product, formulated with powerful, citrus-based degreasers and deodorizers instantly emulsifies grease, oils, printing inks (including ultraviolet ink), decals, adhesives, rubber tire marks, tar and asphalt. CITRUS SPRAYCAB ALUMINUM SAFE This product was developed for use in spray cabinets equipped with skimmer systems to remove contaminated oils, carbons and greases. It contains strong degreasers, emulsifiers, chelating agents, and a surfactant, which causes waste oil and debris to fl oat to the surface of the cleaning solution for easy removal.this non-foaming compound is safe for all non-ferrous metals and aluminum, and contains a rust inhibitor to prevent flash rusting. It is very concentrated, requiring only ½ pound per gallon of water. Pleasant citrus fragrance. CLEAR MAGIC LUBRICATING RELEASE AGENT This product is a neutral ph, non-toxic, all-purpose synthetic liquid. It is 100% biodegradable and is safe on all surfaces not harmed by water. This concentrated blend is a clear, thick, very effective anti-slip flow agent. It is an excellent product for any application where sticking is a problem. COIL CLEANER CONSERVES ENERGY Coil Cleaner is formulated for extra, heavy-duty cleaning and contains self-rinsing properties. Its high soil-suspending qualities allow dirt to rinse off freely, whether it is fl ushed off or falls off with the condensate water. Coil Cleaner is solvent free, non-fl ammable and effective in water with up to 500 ppm hardness. It is noncorrosive to most metals and will not harm painted surfaces. This product is 100% biodegradable. 5

COIL CLEANER AEROSOL HIGH PRESSURE This high performance product offers maximum cleaning and degreasing. Coil Cleaner s high solvency formula quickly and easily liquefies dirt, grease, oil and other residues while the blasting nozzle powerfully separates undesirable materials from the surface. This product is super-fast evaporating and normally requires little or no wiping or post-use clean up. CONCRETE CLEANER PINE, CITRUS AND SUPER STRENGTH This compound is a formulation of fast-acting detergents, grease cutters, wetting agents and emulsifiers blended with soap regenerators that keep it working longer for more effective cleaning. It does an excellent job without leaving any film or residue to recollect dirt, grease or grime. Concrete Cleaner contains a powerful surfactant that combines oil and water into an emulsification solution. Available in Pine, Citrus and Super Strength formulations. CONCRETE FORM RELEASE PREVENTS STICKING Concrete Form Release is a proprietary combination of solvent and water repellent silicones designed to reduce adhesion of wet cement to metal and wood forms, metal frames, plate glass, and concrete equipment, tools and trucks. This formulation chemically reacts with the alkali in the concrete to produce a concrete repellent coating. CONCRETE TRUCK CLEANER SUPER SAFE HIGH-FOAMING ACID This product is a highly concentrated, acid detergent formulated for the removal of hardened cement from handling equipment such as bulk cement haulers, Redi-mix equipment, cement mixers and other tools and machinery throughout cement manufacturing plants. Concrete Remover II contains a high-foaming surfactant allowing this product to be foamed onto the cement truck, lengthening contact time and avoiding atomization. It contains an inhibitor system to reduce the acid attack of metals. CONCRETE SEALER SEALS, HARDENS AND DUST PROOFS This product is a revolutionary sealer made of acrylic resins, which are resistant to sunlight (they will not yellow outside), oil and most chemical fumes. It also provides hard, sealed protection of concrete from most solvents and acids. It may be used on freshly laid concrete (it aids in curing) or terrazzo, as soon as surface is dry. Concrete Sealer may also be applied to old concrete and terrazzo surfaces. Leaves a shiny, high-gloss finish.... CONCRETE TRUCK CLEANER SAFE, FOAMING ACID This product is a highly concentrated, acid detergent formulated for the removal of hardened cement from handling equipment in the concrete industry. Because it is concentrated, it can be diluted with up to 4 parts water for typical jobs. On heavy build-up, dilute 2:1 with water, apply, allow contact time until concrete is loosened, scrub off and rinse thoroughly with clean water. For extreme conditions, this product may be used straight. 6

CONTACT CLEANER AEROSOL ELECTRONIC AND MECHANICAL This product cleans electronic and mechanical contact points in seconds. It will not harm plastics or rubber, has a 32,000-volt dielectric and dries residue free. Cleans oil, grease, dirt and moisture from teletype machines, office machines, telephone equipment, circuit breakers, relays, switches, precision tools and coin mechanisms on beverage and food machines, etc. D-LIMONENE PURE CITRUS OIL A product developed by Mother Nature to naturally clean and degrease. It is made from pure natural citrus oils extracted from the peels of oranges. This formulation will instantly emulsify grease, oils, and protein fats without the use of harsh acids, alkalis or petroleum distillates. It is a natural deodorizer, eliminating bad odors. D-Limonene is 100% biodegradable. DEGREASER (WITH ENZYMES) CONTAINS BIOREMEDIATON ENZYMES This product is a non-emulsifiable degreaser containing bioremediation enzymes. It cleans by dispersion, breaking the oil down into micro particles so it can be washed away. These micro particles immediately float the oil and debris back to the surface for removal from the wastewater. The enzymes actually consume the greases and oils during the cleaning process and continue to work long after the waste oil and greases are discarded. It is 100% biodegradable, water-soluble and contains no hazardous ingredients. DESCALER REMOVES MINERAL DEPOSITS This product is an economical, safe and easy way to remove rust, corrosion, scale and water deposits from almost all surfaces. It keeps fumes to a minimum and is harmless to most paints and finishes. Descaler acts quickly to penetrate and lift away scum and water deposits. It is a chemical combination of deep penetrating detergents and safe, easy-to-use, mild acids. It will dissolve carbonates and other hard water scales, such as iron, rust and magnesium. DRY MOLY LUBRICANT STABLE AT EXTREME TEMPERATURES Dry Moly Lubricant is a molybdenum disulfide formulation, which dries to a hard, black coating very quickly. It adheres to many substrates, especially metal, with minimal surface preparation. It resists wear and abrasion, provides high-lubricity, gives excellent high-pressure properties and is stable at extreme temperatures. Typical applications are chain lubricating, gasket coating, and furnace, kiln, oven and conveyor maintenance. Also useful as an anti-seize and mold release. DYNAMITE DEGREASER WORKS LIKE MAGIC This concentrated complex biodegradable water-based formula is ideal for any type of super heavy duty industrial cleaning. It rapidly removes a wide variety of heavily accumulated grease, grime, road film, and other carbonaceous soils like no other product on the market. This product can be heavily diluted with water and is ideal for use with pressure washers, automatic fl oor scrubbing machines, manual mopping operations, or simply presprayed and rinsed off.
