Do you need help choosing your treatment? Spa Botanica Concierge will assist you in planning the perfect spa experience based on your specific needs. Do you have special health considerations? Please notify The Spa Concierge if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments, special needs, or if you are pregnant. All of this information can also be completed on your new Personal Care Guide upon arrival at the spa. Is there an age requirement to use the spa? All spa guests must be 16 years of age or older to schedule a treatment. Cellular Phones For your comfort as well as others, all cellular phones must be turned off upon entering the spa. What is the cancellation policy? We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 4 hours in advance for individual services and 24 hours in advance for multiple services. A 50% charge will be applied to your credit card for failure to follow this policy. Any no show appointments will be charged the full service price. How are payment and gratuities handled? All major credit cards, personal checks, and traveler s checks are accepted. Hotel guests may also charge the service to their room. Gratuities of 15-20% are customary and graciously appreciated. Are gift certificates available? Spa gift certificates are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, relaxation, and beauty to the special people in your life. They are fit for any occasion and can be purchased at the front desk or by phone. Gift certificates may be purchased for any dollar amount or for any specific services. When should you arrive? We suggest that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your treatment appointment to complete paperwork, and enjoy our luxuriously appointed locker rooms. What should you wear? Most body treatments and massages are enjoyed without clothing; however, please wear what is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped except for the area that is being worked on at the time. Before and after your treatments, robes and sandals are provided. Please leave valuable items at home or in your guest room. Daily lockers are available for your use while you are at the spa. Should you shave before a treatment? Shaving is recommended for men before a facial at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled treatment time. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatment or hair removal service. What if you arrive late for an appointment? Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.
