CHECK IN Please check-in at the spa reception desk 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to enjoy your pre-treatment facilities. Late arrivals cannot receive time extension due to scheduled treatments. AGE RECOMMENDED The Spa welcomes guests 16 years and above. SPA COSMETICS You may visit our spa store and try unique spa products for face and body. GIFT CERTIFICATES Please ask our reception staff if you wish to purchase a gift voucher for that special someone. KIND CONSIDERATION Please keep cellular phones turned off while at the spa. The spa is strictly a non-smoking area. CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation please give us at least 3 hours notice. No notifications for cancellations will be charged. Spa Q&A What are the SPA opening hours? The Spa is open from 10:00am to 8:00pm. What should I wear at the Spa area? Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. The Spa provides you with a fresh bathrobe and Spa wear. Should I book an appointment in advance? Please make an appointment with the SPA Manager, prior to your arrival at the Spa area to secure time availability. Who can help me decide when choosing my treatment? Our Spa Manager at reception will help you plan your own perfect spa experience, by defining your preferred pressure technique and cosmetic ingredients. Where can I change my clothes? Spa guests can use our changing room facilities at the Spa area. What if I have a special health condition? Guests who suffer from special health conditions such as high blood pressure, possible heart disease, allergies, breathing difficulties, are advised to consult with their doctor and receive special medical approval, before signing up for any spa therapy. Please inform us by completing our special Spa Registration form. What should I wear during my treatment? Feel free to wear light clothing or just a wrap around towel, depending on how you personally feel with the therapist. Ask us to give you the special Spa clothing set, if you need that extra layer. What happens in case of pregnancy? For pregnant women, we strongly recommend that they avoiding spa massage therapies, unless they have been advised by a doctor to do so. Aromatherapy should be avoided.

What about my personal comfort? Your comfort and enjoyment regarding room conditions in the Spa area is of utmost importance for us. We are happy to make necessary changes to room temperature, music volume, light dimming, place that extra towel under your head to make you feel at perfect ease and comfort, during your treatment. Where should I keep my valuables? Please keep all your valuables in the safe locker of your hotel room. The Spa cannot accept any responsibility for lost items. Should men shave before a facial treatment? We advise men to shave a few hours in advance before a facial to avoid any skin irritations after facial treatments. What if I am late for an appointment? We advise spa guests to arrive at the spa area 20 minutes prior to the start of their treatment, allowing time to shower, change clothes and prepare their body to fully enjoy the Spa rituals. What if I need to cancel my spa appointment? We advise all spa guests to inform us, ideally 24 hours, in advance, of any intended cancellations to their scheduled treatment time. Short notice cancellations may incur a 50% cancellation fee. Non-shows will incur full charges. What about payment? We accept cash in euros currency and Visa or Mastercard credit cards.
