For Bulk Bead work, we have big team in Delhi, Bareilly, Secunderabad. We have assigned people to make them sit in the units there and get the work done them in the timeline. Prints Printing is a very important process when it comes to creating a garment. We have team of skilled designers to develop the print on Cad.. Print shows the kind of mind the designer has, our prints show the kind of creative creators we have in our organization who are just brilliant! We are working with WGSN to closely put together seasonal presentations to the diff brands that we cater to. Our team together of work closely to create trend setting styles and boards depending on the customer demand. SOURCING We do sourcing of trims, fabrics etc. from India as well as imported to fulfill the buyer s requirement etc. We have been assisting the buyer with various kind of fabrics i.e. Cotton Silk, Habotai silk, 100% rayon, 100% Polyester, Different kind of lace fabrics & other blended fabrics & in trims we have been catering different type of chemical laces, patches etc.. We have supplier dealing in BCI & Fair Trade fabric which is rising and now a day coming in demand from various customers like Zara, H&M etc.

Manufacturing Our in-house manufacturing facilities & piece to piece checking of finished garments is done to ensure best quality output in production. The total output of all the FIVE factories is more than half a million pieces per month & is produced on state -of-the-art modern machinery which allows us to be more competitive. Along with the work force, technical infrastructure is the twin pillar on which an organization stands. Highly sophisticated CAD/ CAM system cuts down the production lead time while reducing wastage also. For an organization to be successful, a company does not only need a set of well skilled workers but also adequate machines, space for everything to take place. We have taken an extra care in this section; we have established a product plant which has ample workplace, adequate light and ventilation. We have all the facilities and machines related to Sewing, Embroidery, Washing, and Designing etc.
Human Resource management We are a family of Two Thousand well-experienced, dedicated and fully trained full time work forces. The growth of the company is accelerated by the operational skills of the staff members. We understand the crucial need for the technical support in the fields of fabric, production, sampling as well as industrial engineering. Thus the appointments of fully skilled personnel have been considered as the fundamental requirement. We plan to include another hundred members in next six months. Maintenance/ Condition Replacing old machinery with new & more effective technology- based machinery to increase productivity & improve quality is undoubtedly the most important factor for growth but the maintenance & upkeep of the same is very essential. Fire Prevention Measures We are fully equipped with fire fighting system & equipment viz fire extinguishers, fire detectors, water sprinklers- for electrical as well as normal fires to fight fire mishaps. We organize fire drills once every six months as a precautionary measure. Environment Friendly We would like you to know that we support the cause for a pollution free environment. We therefore use azo free dyes and nickel free substances and in no way pollute the environment with any harmful pollutants.
