The product being returned must be unopened, free from damage and show no evidence of tampering or it will be rejected. The time limit for a return that will be fully credited is 90 days from date of invoice by Grime Eater Products Limited. A product that is returned between 90 and 180 days from date of invoice by Grime Eater Products Limited will be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. A product that is past 180 days from date of invoice by Grime Eater Products Limited is not acceptable for return unless proven defective.
